    Hi Selene. I don’t know how to send a pm sorry. Wondering if you can help me get my troops back that I lost during the last update. I lost close to 100k but no one is responding to my ticket.

      And just like that Paul responds saying I will not be receiving any further troops and the decision is final. All of my troops were hidden at the time. I will be lost to the game if nothing is done about this. I even lodged the specific troops I lost and the location of them.

      @selene can you please investigate my drop in might points pre and post update. This will show that I lost a huge amount of troops.

      He Selene have you able to look into my pre and post update might points to confirm I am not lying when I say the update resulted in the loss of all of my troops. Also maybe you could check my food production which was minus 5 to 6k pre update and plus 15 to 20k after the update.

    Can you please tell me why this type of missing going on with mine.

    See my attach picture I received IVORY Pawn gems but now when I going to add with its equipment then I didn't find it.

    I searched a lot but not found.

    Bro I need to back my gems cause with out this gems I can't complete this set, what I collect after a lot of fighting.

I'm afraid that they are incredibly backlogged at the moment due to a large amount of tickets being submitted.     After entering outer realms Jun 5 in the morning I couldn't come back to my main castle, eventually afternoon on the same day I finally login and almost had heart attack all of my 9 relic green houses are gone, all my troops (vets) dead ,75 millions coins went to zero, GG let me down big time I send msg to support but never heard back I spend over 20,000$ since last year and this is what I get?? This is stealing from us I hope tech people will fix this today and give me back everything what I lost, if not my lawyer will send nice latter to Germany and I will file lawsuits because this is fraud!!

    i have lost troops more than amount of compensation being provided..!!!! Those troops were stationed and now after update they are gone.


    please check into this at the earliest..!!
