Why is it that if I open an offer in the Generals Inn and my phone slips out of my hand and I mistakenly close the offer when I catch my phone it no longer allows me to reopen the offer to accept it. Instead I loose the offer and it moves to the next times days out. Just not right.

I would enter a support ticket and ask if they can check if you received anything or if they could reopen it.
