Kindly note, the mods understand your feelings regarding the earlier change in blacksmith as well as the Storm update and have already communicated the same to the GG team.

With the current blacksmith changes there is pretty much no way to compete in any event without spending a significant amount of cash, so yeah great update!!! Before, even if you didn't spend a lot you had a chance to fight it off. But yeah GG, nicely done, I am sure this will make the game a lot more balanced as most people that don't spend will quit and will only be left with people that spend.
And yeah there is no point being very active anymore so yeah better spend the time somewhere else. I wonder how many people will follow suit.
Just trying to throw out most of the non or not much paying people from the game shouldn’t be the right way. Tell me, where you can find the balance now.
‘Already people are discussing to quit and safe their time for better and more fair games.
Recent changes introduced to blacksmith are utter garbage.
GGS, please understand that this is a game to play for fun and not a stock market where we invest money and see it multiples or disappears.
How do you expect people to score in absence of tools?
How can you expect people to gain coins in this scenario and spend in blacksmith without tools?
This makes the blacksmith pointless/impractical/ incompetent/ineffective /worthless whatsoever you call it!!!
I don’t know what kind of thought process went through these changes or in case if any thought process it went, but whoever suggested has to some kind of genus in making people quit the game.
Moreover, how can you break something which is already working say storm, when it already working fine, you did some changes and now we can’t even open the espionage report at all, if you try to open then the game hangs.
SO STOP SPENDING ON RESOURCES IN GGS WHO ARE WORKING TO FIGURE OUT WAYS TO LOOT MONEY FROM PLAYERS, INSTEAD, TRY TO FIX THE BUGS THAT ARE ALREADY IN MASSIVE QUANTITY. DON’T TRY TO BREAK SOMETHING WHICH IS ALREADY WORKING.
AT THE END OF THE DAY IF NOT THIS GAME, THE PLAYERs WILL HAVE OTHER GAMES TO START AND PLAY, BUT IT'S NOT THE SAME FOR GGS IF YOU DON’T FIND PLAYERS YOU WON'T FIND MONEY AND THEN ITS THE END OF THE GAME FOR YOU.
GGS CAN’T RUN ONLY WITH RUBY WHALES & SHARKS. YOU NEED SOME SMALL FISHES TO FEED THEM AND IF YOU PERSIST WITH THESE CHANGES THEN YOU CAN’T FEED SHARK & WHALES
I HOPE GGS knows about the story of Golden Hen, if you get too greedy and try to get all the golden eggs on a single day you will end up with your hens dead!!!!

The blacksmith changes are unbelievably... ridiculous. May I ask what the expected outcome is? That everyone starts paying in order to play like they used to before the changes? I guess here is the part where we're supposed to laugh... hahaha...
In case the problem here is solely money, I would suggest that, instead of limiting the options of the non-paying players, to try and motivate them to pay, with better offers, and not force them to pay. But regardless, we should not forget that the game is still "alive" because of non-paying players as well. Cutting them off is not a wise option.
The same goes for Storm Islands.. I do not want to believe that according to them, this is the worth of a month's non-stop work.
And please, do not get me wrong. I am not blaming the extremely helpful mods of the forum, but whoever comes up with these brilliant ideas.
GG WILL LOSS MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF PLAYERS if they keep these blacksmith changes. I spend $20 a month or more on this game. With this update I can't keep up with the other money players and it makes the game not fun. Before we at least stood a chance of defending ourselves before but now it is a pay to play only deep pockets or pointless. So if GG wants to lose most of their small to medium level spenders keep this blacksmith update on teir tools. If not change it back. I have spoke to hundreds of players that all feel the same. So you mark my words this is THE DEATH OF EMPIRE FOUR KINGDOMS IS THIS BLACKSMITH UPDATE. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR TILL THIS IS FIXED !!!!
This is a shame they make this game pay yo win, it was fun befor but unless they change it I wont ever spend money on this game again!

Game is becoming a big pile of kako... We have new players in alliance, which play from 1-6 months, just reached legendary level and are thinking to leave the game... Its sad how devs destroyed the game soo much its basically unplayable... I just enter the game here and there just to preserve my account because i thrown allot of money in it...sad :(

Thanks GGE, In this update there is no way to compete in Events. So only spenders will stay and non-ruby players will quit. And An Active Non-ruby Player Time Will be saved And he can use that time in some other things.
I gave it up since 2 years. No need to complain. Nothing will happen. For me the game ended 2 years ago. There is nothing to do anymore. Wood, stone, oil, glass, ... I have no idea for what I need it. I dont play outers or horizon because I am not a retarded person to start everytime from 0 so I have currency to build my main castle. No way!
I started another game. Its also from 0. No worries with popups. Gameplay gge is 20%. To much crap on your display that you need to click away first.
One of the best updates in years done by GGE Team to permanently shut down the game in future as there will be extremely few players left & revenue generated by game will be far less than what they have to spend to keep the game running.
Looks like I will be joining the masses here top work gge you probably did a job on 99% of the remaining players most will now leave
Only rebalancing your doing is in your bank accounts as you certainly don't care about the players playing your game
Gge management read forum take note and act accordingly or do what you usually do which is stick 2 fingers up at those who play your game then count the number filing out the exit door

I would like to express my disappointment with your last update on blacksmith. By upgrading, the game makes it impossible for non-paying players to develop effectively. This completely ruin their good gaming experience, as they couldn't participate in events, which was a vital key to their effective development until now. They could compete with others in every events and nobility competitions and kingdom leagues, which prevented players from getting bored, and had the opportunity to prove to others that they are better than them. The current update has taken them all away from them, so they have become completely vulnerable for buying players on these events and on the pvp battlefield too. I think this was a huge folly on your part, because non-paying players can develop at least 10x slower even if they play actively all day, which is impossible to do, because everyone has a life, family, friends, jobs and responsibilities. The slow development and the changes and expensive things at the blacksmith are so drastic that it turns from a war game into a farmer's, castle-building game. For this there is the Hay Day, Minecraft and Clash of Clans etc... Players who are currently at a lower level have no chance of to catch up with their larger or possibly dairy players with activity and diligence. So most of these players will leave your game and prefer to return to play for example Call of Duty, if they want to relax in a war or history-soaked game. The easier targets for players who have been buying so far will also disappear, and those who also spend won't have much success. As a result, they also slowly stop playing and invest money in this game, and the servers go out pretty slowly. I didn't even agree with the fact that the 5% horsetail flag was taken out of the game first, because who can't do a nomadic event because they has a job, they also can't do the glory event. Now, by varying and making nomadic equipment more expensive, it is impossible to get the right amount of flags for a glory event, but it isn't really necessary because if there is no khan tablets for buying the flags, then there is no need nomadic soldiers for the events and island neither. Because the khan’s chest is so expensive that it isn't worth buying, it’s not worth doing the events. If they can't do events, they can't collect materials. So you cut off from plyaers getting quick materials and gold and, as I mentioned above, efficient development. The robbery remains which is good but not enough to keep the majority of non-paying players in the game. Current opportunities for development are very limited. I could even say that there is not enough materials that will be enough for the new players. It's just something you don't bankrupt and you can very rarely develop a few buildings. But these soon become monotonous. I would note that these players mostly watched your videos, if they disappear you lose the revenue from them. I would suggest that if the blacksmith and the pricing are not changed, at least the number of points to be achieved for the rewards and the amount of the rewards should be changed, because in the current situation I will not use the blacksmith and if the varied game becomes monotonous I will stop. The majority of non-paying players, despite the changes, will not buy, and those who wanted to have bought so far. I agree that who spends should have an advantage over those who don’t, as this is jerk as it forces everyone who wants to play/develop in the game, to open their wallets. Rather, you should give greater benefits to those who buy to encouraging others to do the same, rather than completely cutting off the development opportunities of non-payers.

GG HAS KILLED EMPIRE FOUR KINGDOMS. I'm a spender every week I buy rubies but NEVER AGAIN unless this is FIXED. This blacksmith update with tiered tools is total bullshit to designed to UNBALANCED THE GAME even further to the handful of big spenders. I have news for Good game by doing this all your moderate to casual spenders are quiting as this happens your big spenders have no one to fight and get bored and quit as well. It only a matter of time if this blacksmith is not FIXED. Hope good game has their resumes updated as they have just updated themselves out of a job. They won't get my roughly $50 a month anymore or thousands of other players money just as pissed as me.
After this MBS update, the event points have fallen drastically this reminds me of the old days when 150k khan points was a big thing. Instead of updating this game and taking it to next level, you are bringing it back to the beginning. This shows your updates are ruining this game. And yes now there will be a complete balance as only heavy spenders will be playing.. the rest will leave.

Hi friends. I would like to tell you that after the last update, I really want to leave the game. You have done everything possible to prevent us from playing the game. I hope at least you are satisfied. I bought rubies, tools, decorative elements. But after the changes at the blacksmith, I am disgusted and disappointed. You needed to make changes, but not so radical. There are no coins without tools, we cannot buy tools without coins. I would like to thank you for the great times and that I met a lot of good people in the game. This is no longer about playing, but paying. Good luck, NataliSt INT2
Incrível como em um dia, vocês conseguiram desanimar tanta gente desse jogo, que por muitos anos, nos fez formarmos grandes parcerias, grandes amizades e muitas histórias, de guerras, eventos e batalhas. Desde essa mudança, dezenas ou até centenas de jogadores, diariamente estão parando de jogar. Façam algo urgente, para reverter esse quadro, manter os atuais jogadores, é o único caminho para manter esse jogo ativo e competitivo. Pensem nIsso e com urgência.
I understand how distressing the changes in the blacksmith are and we are all adjusting to it as we go along. Having discussed this in depth with the community managers, I know the Studio is aware of how strongly we feel about this situation and the imperative to understand community needs.
To that end, its important that an honest and respectful dialogue takes place and CM Crom has agreed to a voice chat Q&A with E4K players on Friday at 2 pm CEST on GG Discord.

Even removing our post won't change that fact that GG has ruined the game and players are going INACTIVE and QUITING the game by the boat load soon all GG will have are their "big spenders " and when they have no one to fight they quit too. The game EMPIRE KINGDOMS is dying by the day as GG refuse to fix their error that was obviously made in greed as every player see and acknowledge. So many are simply afraid to lose their account still hoping things will go back. As for me I don't care most likely GG won't fix this and this game will die as hundreds before it go out of fad or get ruined by their creator like in this case. I'm not a free player complaining I spent hundreds on this game in the 2 plus years I've played as many others I know have. So delete me if you feel the need but it changes nothing on how the bulk mass of your players feel. I'll post for all the players who can't or are afraid their distaste for this greedy decision by GG everyday till my account is deleted or the game is fixed.
