How can I change my in-game name?

    Please write to Customer Support with your reason why you would like to change your name. I believe they would be able to help you make a one-time game name change.
    You'll be asked to submit 3 name choices, so please have your list well thought-out and ready :smile:

    I've seen someone change their name twice. In a short space of time.

    Personally I don't think name changes should be allowed at all.

    I think they should allow name changes. I can’t tell you how many players I know thought they were naming their castle instead of themselves and have “castle” or “palace” in their name.

    yes, i agree that is an issue.  ok, let them remove "castle" from their name only.

    Intel is important in this game. Knowing who can be trusted, who is a trouble maker. Someone who is trouble and has a terrible reputation on the server just changes their name. Hard to keep track.
