Support time bug

It's been maybe more than a month now. You managed to fix the special offers issues, managed to implement new stuff but when it comes to the important stuff which matters for players in every day gameplay, nothing, as usually......

Lol my discussion was closed
Bcoz I told correct thing :)
This is difference between ruby and non-ruby player
I just want to tell
If players getting lucky Pennies by paying
So ggs should Give ways by without paying too
It's unfair done by ggs
Simply I want to tell this
I am playing game from more than 5 years
But year by year ggs going too much greedy
If you buy offers you can top events
But all players can't buy
It's very hard to compete with them who buy offers
Nearly 4 times more score they can do with offers
Yeah, don't spam my thread guys 🙄
When is that some work going to finish??
The holidays are on the way, I'm afraid this might even wait for the new year...
I guess it has no priority because solving it does not result in more income for GGS
@CM_Crom Cruach
Hmmmm partially fixed. I'm almost partially happy.
It's that other part, the still unhappy part, that wonders if this bug, which magically appeared with the last update, would even exist if we stopped receiving new unwanted content......
I'm thoroughly confused by all that @CM_Crom Cruach .
But the point remains. It broke when u changed and added stuff we didn't want. If you hadn't done that we might not have that problem.
And again your testing gets done after we report the bugs? We find way too many new ones after each update.
Finding bugs in new content is annoying enough. But each time u also break the old stuff that was working. And that's totally unacceptable.
Imagine you're not at a fun fare but you have a car.
Every six months I take my car in for a service. I don't like it but I appreciate it's necessary.
Then I pick it up and find that, apart from the service, I have fancy new tires, a bullbar that doesn't fit, a new sound system that only blasts rap music and get a huge bill. The fact I didn't ask for it isn't relevant. If I want my car back it appears I have to pay the ransom. Then begrudgingly I drive off the lot and a kilometre down the road my engine burns out because they forgot to change the oil.
When I go back and blast the garage I get told, 'that's not our fault you probably drove the wrong way or tried to change the radio station.... but here's a can of oil for your troubles'.
Somehow I get the sneaky feeling that I'm being played for a fool.
You're being awfully kind there. U bought a new ride no-one asked for. There was no real need for it but you thought it was fun and went all out. And of course, now that it's here, some people want to try it.
But you were ill prepared for the new ride. U didn't plan ahead properly and now find yourself scrambling for a solution. U shuffled the cords around. That worked for a while. The merry go round was a bit slow but meh. That's ok.
Unfortunately you didn't notice the new ride was missing seatbelts. So after a few casualties, u put on straps but now the ride is too heavy and sucks more power.
The merry go round has stopped. The sparks are flying and the mulitplug extension is slowly melting down.
You race to buy a new bigger multiplug. You have an extra plug now! It's all good.
Then suddenly a few more rides splutter and stop. The system is in overload as you forgot to upgrade your generators to cope with the additional demand on the system.
Instead of acknowledging that there is a problem you pretend everything is fine. You explain away the casualties. To keep things running you try load shedding hoping noone would notice.
Eventually, and this is the day we all look forward to, you realise that you need to stop trying to apply little fixes and need to invest in a real solution. Go back to basics. Fix and upgrade the basic underlying system. Then bit by bit you add one ride at a time, all the way making sure it runs smoothly and safely. And whilst fewer rides will cost you some income, the reliability and safety of those open regenerates some trust. People who went to look at other fun fairs start getting curious if they should try yours again. New clients stay because they like feeling safe and looked after. And yes, some will go and look for free solo.
Anyone who is in the park can ride, but has to wear a blind fold and their arms tied to their sides.
During the ride if you throw a you ball through a hoop you win a car. You are given one ball.
Fun fair manager insists ride is fair because anyone can win the car, but if you want to see and to move your arms you have to pay for special tickets. You can also buy more balls.
The new ride stutters and judders, making it even harder to get the ball through the hoop, but people pay for tickets anyway because the car is good and they want to win it.
Rest of the fun fair is neglected because fun fair manager spent all the money on the new ride and can't afford to service the old ones, so they keep breaking down. People are still buying tickets for the new ride, so all is good.
Knowing grass, I can appreciate persistence.
All that debating /comparing, whatever it is, is irrelevant for me and my teammates. Is there an estimated date for the fix?
We are in war and probably many others are and this bug is making a lot of trouble.
Although if this analogy is accurate, and the catastrophic problems with "other rides" was caused by "plugging in" beyond the horizon, the best thing to have done would be "unplug" beyond the horizon until it could be "plugged in" without breaking the existing rides, because "existing rides" aren't slow they broken and near impossible to use.
Knowing grass, I can appreciate persistence.
But the new ride is so much fun! There are still a few credit cards to be maxed out.
Too bad that the other rides broke and that casualties are huge. They didn't have health insurance so just as well they're dead.
Once the car has been won it will be interesting to see what happens.
We're still waiting on any news. It's still broken. It's a basic game mechanic.
Fix it!
This bug has been in game for 2 months maybe longer does ggs not know of this bug if they do know of this bug and havnt made a attempt to fix it shame on you guys this is ridiculous I’ve wasted 100s maybe 1000s of feathers just to get the correct time and even then it’s off by a few minutes like this is out of hand what could y’all possibly be doing that you can’t fix this bug it’s impossible to coordinate a proper mass attack because some how the times gonna be messed up basically just making this game event only shame on you guys the amount of money we spend on this game this game should be top notch
Not many people of GGS read this forum. And not many bugs we report are being fixed unfortunately. GGE has a will of their own and we do not seem to be a part of that.
This happens when I have attacks out or carts moving and I leave the game. Last night a 2 minute attack travel time on a sand baron froze and did not start to return until I logged back into the game over an hour later.
This has happened with nomad and samurai attacks as well.
I cannot confirm, but it also appears that any loot from these stalled attacks does not appear at the castle.
Is the root cause the same?
@CM_Crom Cruach the bug was introduced with updates. Roll them back until it's gone.
Well if u listened you wouldn't have to. But u don't.
I know I sound like a broken record. Stop giving us new stuff, fix bugs. When the major bugs are fixed you can think about new stuff.
And don't use us as a giant beta server. Test before release! Other games do it.
Personally I'd rather not progress until game is playable again.
Still broken. October, November, December, January almost over....
Tool production, troop recruiting stalling. I started a feast Saturday night, had no queues loaded for more than 6 hours - logged in 8 hours later, Feast over and recruitment slots still half filled.
Recruitment times different from selecting troops to what is shown when recruiting starts.
Troops returning from npc targets stopping if you leave the game.
These are basic game features that are no longer working.
