    Hey guys,

    As you might have noticed, there is a lot going on with our offers lately. New, adjusted and also very time-limited offers were introduced to the game to give everyone the possibility to arm for their next big battle. Despite the very good feedback from you guys regarding the new offers, we received also some complaints about those permanent pop-ups, even during fierce combat, interrupting your game flow. We heard you and to provide you a good and variable experience in the whole Empire, we will continue optimizing our offers and with that also the mechanics behind them. In our upcoming updates, we are going to introduce new ways to take advantage of our offers, less annoying but more convenient for everyone!

    Based on your feedback, we will have the secrets of the forest spirits set to be available in the event shop during the next nomad's invasion for the very last time.     The Battle for Fury's Blade is in full swing, but the first Stage of the event is almost over. 
    There are only a few more days left to get into the Top 1000 rankings of Empire, in order to qualify for our next and second stage! 

    Therefore we are giving you all a ruby payment doubler, which should help you out as a little push, to reach the needed placements on our rankings:

    Today, Friday the 18th of May, every player level 10+ will receive a Ruby Payment Doubler! 
    This means that for one of your purchases we will give you an extra 100% on top, regardless of when and how many rubies you purchase! You will receive your gift automatically after you login to the game and can cash it in at any time!

    The first stage of the Battle for Fury's Blade is officially over and the second stage has now begun! 
    The ongoing battles and fights won't be an easy task, for only the Top 50 players of Empire: Four Kingdoms can make it to the final round of our Battle for Fury's Blade event.

    Therefore we want to hand out a special gift to you, as a jump start for our second stage, in the form of a ruby payment doubler! This time though, it's going to be a little different: this payment doubler will only be given to players that do not have any payment doublers active at the time of said payment doubler's distribution. We will hand them out tomorrow, Thursday the 24th of May at ~ 10:00 AM CEST.

    This means that all players without any payment doubler by tomorrow the 24th of May at ~ 10:00 AM CEST will get a new one, while players with active payment doublers won't. The payment doubler itself will work out like always, meaning that for one of your purchases we will give you an extra 100% on top, regardless of when and how many rubies you purchase! You will receive your gift automatically after you login to the game and can cash it in at any time!

    Bonjour French Warriors,

    As some of you on France 1 might have noticed, our Attack of the Shapeshifters event did not run as intended over last weekend. We deeply apologize for the circumstances this has caused for all active participants in that event. It was truly very unfortunate to have this issue happen, but we are going to make it up to you.

    The event is running again correctly again and beginning today, we will compensate every effected player on France 1 their lost troops! You should get an in-game message about it soon.

    Hi all,

    We have just reset the nomad invasion due to an issue with the royal quest campaign. Unfortunately this did not fix the issue - we are working on this. 

    The points made in the previous run are gone but you retained all the activity rewards during that ~2hr runtime.

    UPDATE ON THE ABOVE

    It has been decided that the root cause of the problem needs to be tackled and so it needs to be fixed directly on the server side. Therefore we will have a short downtime today, only for this hotfix BUT there will be also the planned content update (with another downtime) later on.

    We are currently preparing the first downtime. more info will follow.

    UPDATE

    We will have the server hotfix at 13:45 CEST and with that we will also restart the nomads to run properly on all servers. This downtime will last approximately 30minutes.

    Hey guys,

    As announced, we did a smaller server hotfix at 1:45 pm CEST to solve some issues with our Royal Quest campaign and the Nomads Invasion.

    Unfortunately, all progress for the Nomads invasion has been lost due to that fix and the restart. The Activity rewards have been granted but the points are reset for this runtime.

    Just to clear things up:

    We fixed the Royal Quest campaign with the hotfix at 1:45 pm CEST. The Royal Quests are working as intended again. Due to the first quest which includes the Nomads Invasion we also had to restart the Nomads Invasion on all servers. This restart did not happen yet and will be done at around 3:45 pm CEST today!

    Again, the activity rewards still count, you got everything you managed to achieve during that runtime but with the restart, all points are reset and the event starts over again.

    Unfortunately, ticket creation via the GGS website (https://www.goodgamestudios.com/) doesn't work at the moment due to technical issues. 

    Therefore players can only create a ticket out of The game via: Settings (lower menu bar) -> Support

    Hey guys,

    To assure everyone a smooth and careless reward distribution for all running and planned events, we are going to maintain all servers in the course of this afternoon, between 2 pm and 4 pm CEST.

    The maintenance will last approx. 15-30 minutes. During that time the servers are not reachable.

    Brave warriors, 

    We recently encountered a bug which is linked to our "Khan Dorgo's" equipment set. Apparently, it is currently possible to put gems into the following equipment pieces: 

    Horseman armor
    Karakh sword
    Dorgo's mask
    Dorgo's seal

    Putting gems into the aforementioned temporary equipment pieces should not be possible and we want to fix this bug with our next update.

    Hey guys,

    The Festival of the Lotus King has finally started and we hope you will enjoy it. Of course, you are a real warrior, all of us are and you might have already noticed that the previously announced Treasures of the elephant cult set does not have the exact same graphics as posted above. Well, unfortunately, these new graphics are currently missing in-game and are being replaced with so-called "placeholder" assets BUT all the effects on this set are working as intended, so do not worry about that  (which means, please do not contact our support regarding this).
      
    We are aiming to fix this display bug probably next week and then you can finally enjoy this set entirely.

    Dear Community, 

    A couple of minutes ago we encountered a technical issue with our servers, that caused all of our global servers (as well as for all games) to unfortunately shut down! 

    We are currently working on a solution for this issue. Food will be frozen for one hour, but we will keep you updated on this problem, once we got more information on it, so please stay tuned!

    GG are aware that food was unfortunately not frozen and that some people lost troops during the unscheduled down time. They are currently in discussion about how to compensate for these losses and more will follow. 

    Please note that US and SIA servers were not effected.

    Dear Community, 

    We are now finished with gathering all the issues that are linked to the recent server outage of this day. 

    First, we will proceed with a compensation for all players, in regards to the loss of troops that all of you experienced

    The compensation will be send out as a gift at 4:00 PM (16:00) CEST and can be claimed for 24 hours. It will look like the following: 

    Players level 10-69:                                                                

    Deathly horror x 750                                                                 
    Demon horror x 750                                                                  
    Veteran flame bearer x 250                                                       
    Veteran composit bowman x 250                                             
    Hidden Food x 40.000                                                              


     Players level 70+:

    Deathly horror x 7.500
    Demon horror x 7.500
    Veteran flame bearer x 2.500
    Veteran composit bowman x 2.500
    Hidden Food x 400.000

    This will cover the majority of troops losses that we encountered, but there are also players who lost more troops. 

    IF certain players lost far more troops (compared to the amount that we are compensating), then those players should contact the customer support about said troop losses. The customer support will need a detailed list (as exact as you can provide them with) of the following 3 criterias:
    • What type of troops did you lose?

    • How many troops (exact amount) did you lose?

    • Specific information about your troop movements/stationing(in which castle)?

      • What exactly did happen to your troops and what were they doing at the moment of the server outage?


    IF players lost anything else beyond just troops (decorations, etc.), as well as if upgrades did not work out as intended, due to the server outage, then those affected players should contact the customer support as well. 

    Please excuse us for this unexpected server outage and the difficulties that are linked to it!

    Hey guys,

    We want to inform you about a smaller display error in some of our reward dialogs and prime days. If the number of units/tools displayed is over 1.000 only the first digit is shown due to a wrong format. This is affecting only some devices and language combinations.

    Example:

    If it says you should get 2,3x units it means you will get 2300 units and not 2,3. Another one, if it says 1x units you will get 1000 and not just 1.

    We are going to prepare a fix for this issue and have it released on the Google Appstore by tomorrow, 22.08.2018. Our iOS players will get the same fix in our third and last August update (small one) by next week.

    THE OUTER REALMS

    Hey guys,

    We want to inform you about an issue in the attack screen dialog and its tool buying function.

    Currently, you will be deduced more rubies than shown in the auto attack screen which is of course not intended and thus under investigation! Meanwhile, we suggest using the armorer to buy the needed tools from instead of using the attack screen for it.

    Once we have found a solution to this we will update the respective ends, which means the server and/or client.

    Regarding the aforementioned display error in the attack screen,

    We will fix this in the next couple of days. Additionally, we will compensate for the difference between the shown and paid costs. This will happen automatically, so no support ticket is needed.

    Dear community, 

    As mentioned last week already, we are going to have a small hotfix update today! 

    We plan for the update process to begin between 10:45 AM CEST - 1:00 PM CEST and there will be a short downtime of  approximately 30 minutes! 

    Of course, food will be frozen during that longer downtime. But as always, do not take the aforementioned times as guaranteed, be aware of possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Hey all,

    we have experienced some technical server issues on IN1, ID1 and ASIA1 this morning and due to that we had to  put these servers into maintenance mode.

    We have now fixed those issues and the servers are running again. currently we are discussing the next steps to compensate the losses that were caused by this. more info on this soon.
