Missing Rubies from outters
I'm writing asking for a teammate that seems to be having multiple problems. It started with rubies not being transfered to main game from outters (an event back in January). Than an accidental ruby spend from the perfectly placed pop-up screens causing him to unwillingly spend rubies and to top it off it sounds like he has problems with the contacting support through his account. He can't send tickets. Is there another way he can get someone in support to help him fix these problems, maybe a direct email he can send to?
