Long-time player and yes, I spend... but something is really “off” in the last 2-3 months.... loads of changes with relics and all those things, i understand ...but the new wheel and now the newest deals I have seen have me take a break from spending anything AT ALL until we get a clear understanding and direction ...

Where are the ruby troop deals gone? I've had money ready to buy rubies all week but I'm not because there are no troop deals. I'm not buying the commander packs in order to get bonuses, they are far too expensive. Do GG not want us to spend money? ;)

How are we supposed to buy 24 hour skips? If GG think I'm button pushing my way through 24 hours worth of 30min and 1 hr skips they're dreaming
I amazed at the silence again. They're probably too busy with an update we don't want to address the old and the new problems.
Imagine we could have a bug list ( like the one that was shelved over a year ago) that lists bugs and expected fixes etc.
Knowing grass, I can appreciate persistence.
And exceptionally poor tool discounts. Looks like GG are trying to force those packs onto us.
I'm amazed we don't even get feedback when we try and spend money.
I find that very intriguing. I have had multiple complaints in our alliance from people looking for standard ruby deals especially with time skips. None of them are interested in the commander packs.
GG not wanting to sell us stuff is truly a new turn of events.

Being in a top 5 alliance on my server, currently in a 2 weeks long war with another top 5, buying prime deals is important for the 55 lesser spenders in the alliance. Sure, 10 may buy commander packs like toilet paper, but the rest need the deals for any number of reasons.
Fires
Opening gates
Pro mode
Look item purchases
RSS emergencies.... Etc
And since it's pixles GG can't claim they have run out of stock. Not sure what the logic is here.
But it's probably intended as they don't make mistakes.
Of course, it's been 5 days that I have been waiting for a prime deal. Not even an exclusive offer...

No tiered deals nó cash from me GG. Commander packs won't do it for me. I've been playing 5 years or so... And you're putting nails in the end of my game coffin all the time
They brag about a discord server, and how great it is gonna be. Well, let me tell you something GGS, it's useless if its just another channel youre going to ignore. The forum is dead now, the CMS will pretend to be online on Discord, insult some people and go off again, no need to come here anymore. Woopdidooo.

We have had no updates on any of the issues raised. No feedback. Just silence.
Then the grand excitement for another platform no-one asked for and a mess with outers.
I find it very disturbing. Nothing appears to be done about anything. But at least we will get new buildings!
Is it against Discord usage policy to call for a GGS world wide ruby buying boycot there? It seems the time is getting ripe for that.

In our alliance noone is buying anything anymore. Some of these commander packs look attractive but there is zero faith that what u buy isn't dated tomorrow.
So we wait. The inflation and 'development' needs to slow down. A lot. Put the time and effort into fixing bugs instead.
Confusion and frustration reign supreme at the moment. And the majority of people seem to be over it.
And another day has passed in Germany. And it was another day we have been ignored.

IF gg were a " brick an mortar " store it would not last a day with the lack of customer support an issues in the game that are being ignored. On top of that you over nite change the whole ruby buying process. An remove market items an the 3 tiered parts. Without anything being said to your potential customers. Customers would fill the store with complaints!
Personally I'm done with this guessing game an lack of information ,bugs, gg oopsie, updates gone wrong, rewards issues ( forgot food) . Canceling my subscription time to move on from this game.

Yup. Looks like all things GG are leaving. Apart from telling us that an event started a few hours after it did all communication has been one way. As in zero response from GG. Looks like like we're being officially flipped off except they don't even bother to communicate that.
@CM_Crom Cruach has been MIA since early this week. Looks like black rose quit. Only poor @Lagertha hanging on.
not that I blame them. Who would want to work or volunteer for a company like that.
@CM_Crom Cruach is active on the Empire (PC version). And probably also on the new Discord server.
Reading that forum the same problems we identified are mentioned there as well.
There is a whole debate going on about the GGS decision to change the ruby offers.
@WillyWiz (NL1) are GG responding or is it as one sided as here?
I do not know the role of all contributors there yet, but it is basically the same as this forum. Same bugs, same frustration, same announcements. And same Crom as CM and he is doing all announcements.
Until the shopping cart and 3 tiered specials return with ruby purchases , no one in my top 20 alliance is gonna buy rubies. And if these specials are not returned to us soon , my teammates with subscriptions are considering cancelling. I personally give GGS until February to fix this issue before all 3 of my subscriptions get cancelled.
Time skippers only in com packs... heck no!
