Nomad strategy

Just wanted to point out an easy tip for all players. A lot of players may already know this but for all new/inexperienced players here is 1 simple strategy for the nomad event:

Requirements:

-1 outpost

-Range attackers

-Tools (mantlets especially)

How do you prepare:

Go to your outpost with the most food production. In this outpost you will recruit and gather only ranged attackers. Make sure you fill the outpost up with tools too, with wathever you have enough of.

Note: Ruby tools might be a waist to use on nomads

How does is work:

Once you have everything ready, spy on your nomad camp and let them fill in everything automatically and send the attack. Done :)

Why is this usefull:

-Saves time since everything will be filled in automatically

-The attack is always perfect unless you run out of tools or if something else goes wrong.

Hope this was usefull for some players!

Hey :D

I'd like to suggest a change with this. It'll add about 30 seconds prep time but you'll see a difference. Instead of just sending after autofilling, identify the flank with the strongest ranged defense and remove all your troops from there. You will probably have less loses a good number times and save a ton of mantlets in the process.

Nomads do not have anything in the courtyard so you do not need the 30% attack bonus from breaking all three sides. Not only that, you might also be losing more troops because nomads use lime bombs which you cannot counter. so you are fighting stronger troops on the flanks than if you were to take them to the courtyard where they would just fight with their base values.

Just a quick correction, since you can zero out ranged deff with shields, you want to attack the flank with most ranged deff

Ooops. Yep definitely meant the one with the most ranged defenders. I meant avoid the one with the most ranged tools, since you'll probably save on mantlets that way (unless there is overwhelmingly more ranged defenders on the one with the most ranged tools)
  • Great beginner strategy, but once you start using Nomad tools to achieve 75+ tablets to score maximum points for festivals then the autofill technique becomes useless.

If you get a strong NPC Commander you only need to put troops and tools into 1 side flank and the center flank in just the first two waves at most.

    Right!

I would only recommend this for beginners.

    Thanks for the feedback

    Hey :D

  • We have 4 nomad camps. So if you are interested just for making more tablets, attack in center and one flank where it requires less mantlets. Fill in automatic the first wave. Then remove one flank where requires more mantlets. If you are fast enough you can make 12 attacks at once just for less than ten minutes. All you have to do after an attack , click the nomad camp and use the time hours skpis. Then for ten minutes you collect around 1000 tablets.
