  • Fortunes of the Desert Sands Commander I got this one from a month long event, and it was tough. It is best for NPC targets.
  • I don't know. I am still fairly new at this. If I am able to piece together a 90 90 with spare pieces I am happy with it. I did get one commander from finishing all the rewards in one of the month long events, the Desert Sands commander. That one is very strong on NPC targets. It has 100 melee, 100 range, and 90 courtyard…

I made a 90 90 out of legendary pieces finally. I think the trick is to find pieces which have decent bonuses for both the range and melee. I teched them all up to at least +8, and one to +10 and got a 90 90. Actually this was a Castellan, but it shows that it is possible. I don't think you can get there unless you…

Very Nice. Yes, teching those up to 16 each must have cost quite a lot of coin
  • Thanks, yeah I figured that out after posting this discussion. GGE merged the US section into the international section which was the genesis of the issue. But changing the url does fix the problem.
  • Sorry fellas, In the future I will make a new discussion instead of reviving an old one. I didn't know the protocol about that here. Frequently forums instruct you to search for existing threads on a topic and post in them instead of creating a new one on that topic. But I don't mind creating a new discussion. Works for…

Yes, I asked about that too. The thing about legendary pieces is that they vary so much. One Legendary Helmut of the Bowman will differ from another in terms of whether it has any melee bonus or not, and how much of each it has. So it would be great to know what his particular combo has in it, and how far each piece…
  • Herveus, Can you tell me more about your number 12 in your post? Which pieces are those? What bonuses do they each have? It is great to see non-unique equipment pieces making up 90 90 commanders. (Also number 11; which pieces are those?) I actually got number 2 from your list. It was tough to get through all the rewards in…

Because the issue is still alive, and I wanted fresh responses. A lot can happen in two years so perhaps someone now knows a workaround to the issue.

But what does it take for an alliance to be deleted? There is one alliance which has only one member, and that member does not even have the main castle left. There is literally nobody there.
  • Ditto. In my other account, we have three pages of alliances at war. And some of them as just like the one you described; there is but one member left and he has no main castle. I suspect that GGE cares mainly about working on updates which they believe will increase ruby buys. I am going to write them separately, perhaps…

Well if there is that little trust then I don't suppose that any pic of the message will satisfy the other leader. Thankfully I have not run into that situation, i.e. where the other alliance leader didn't trust my leader and thought the screen print was faked. Frankly that seems like a lot of work but maybe for…
  • I'm not sure how this is going to shake out. I notice that the storage capacity for time skips has increased, about double I think. And I read that skip awards for individual results will increase, while alliance time skips will decrease. I play a fair amount so I will have to see how this actually works out for me. Will…
  •
whoops. yeah you're right. I didn't click the right tab and wasn't paying attention.
  • I just heard that GGE is planning to severely cut back on time skip awards. If this is true, I cannot state how intensely I hate this change. Has anyone heard about this putative upcoming change? Did GGE give any rationale for making this change? Changing the free time on building upgrades from 10 minutes down to 4 minutes…

Yeah that is smart. And in fact I do that a lot. It provides proof of what was said, or of whether I was the first one to take the lab or monument, etc. It is a great tool. I just figured if I could download my whole archive and then clear it out to make room for more messages, it would be much faster and easier than…
  • Yeah, I am not a programmer so I was just hoping it would be something which would be feasible. In the grand scheme of things I doubt this is ever going to be considered a front burner issue, so if it would require major changes to make it happen I doubt it will happen. I would like to see a much greater archive capacity…

ha According to your reasoning the "less trained soldiers" only go to the hospital with minor injuries because broken bones and such are fatal to them. We are still talking about soldiers here, right? Not feeble old geezers on their last legs? No I get it. You're yanking my chain because you think I am taking this WAY…
  • Another related point: The better trained soldiers, e.g. Imperial Guards, take much, much longer to heal than the less well trained soldiers, e.g. spearmen. How is that? The better trained soldiers are more physically fit, and more motivated to rehab and get back out there than the less well trained soldiers. The better…

Yeah it switches back to normal for me also, for a while anyway. But it doesn't stay that way. I began to wonder if they decided to have the tax collection process switch around like that on purpose. Perhaps that is how they figure they can defeat the auto collection software. I don't know. But if that is what they…
