Wolfgard the Flayer

I've been playing the game for awhile, but the new update is kinda confusing. I'm doing fine, except for the new quest line with Wolfgard the Flayer. I'm at the part where I'm supposed to taunt him, but the option is grey and I don't know why. If there's something I have to do before I can taunt him, please let me know!
