Regarding the Issues of 16.10.2015
We encountered a couple of issues this afternoon, that I’m sure you’re aware of.
At this point we would like to give you a little overview about the issues that occurred and our actions taken.
To begin with, there were some problems with the Berimond event during the afternoon, causing players to lose all of their progress and rubies that they spent to achieve this.
If you suffered losses due to this problem, please contact our Support Team. They’ll get back to all of you as soon as they can, but please be aware that this is a Global issue, so there may be a lot of tickets to reply to but you can be sure that we will try our best to help each of you as soon as possible.
Later on in the afternoon, a server issue resulted in an emergency server shutdown. During this downtime, all affected players lost 30 minutes of game progress. This was out of our hands, and unfortunately could not be prevented.
As a symbol of our appreciation for being so patient with us, you should find a Gift waiting for you in game (for the next 24 hours).
Payments and payed out rubies should NOT have been affected by this, but for other losses during this period, our guys and gals in Support will be happy to give you a hand if you contact them.
The game should now be stable once again and the servers should all be back online. Apologies for the inconveniences caused, and have a relaxing night and enjoyable weekend.
