    Formerly GGS sent players the complete list of the events of the current month, currently you are announcing only the event that is coming in the day.
    Where can I find the monthly layout information of the events.
    In the past our alliance used this information to organize for events.

    Why have level 50s not been given the blacksmith shop yet ???? You said 6 weeks ago they would get it on next update . Several updates later and still no shop . I know its not you that decides these things but please find out what is happening . One of the members in my alliance won't come on forum anymore as they recieved a warning for swearing , he has passed on to the level 60s now but others are still waiting

      Well if he doesn't swear he won't get scolded anymore so he should feel free to come back and comment. Anyway I would have thought that today's update would have changed that but as I was sick last week I am not 100% sure what was included in the update, sorry.

    Question just in English as Italian is not my mother tongue, will affected players also be compensated for their loss in defence soldiers, unexplained loss in rubies and bought soldiers? Because it is very nice to be compensated by with 4000 attackers, but what is installed for the ones that loose over more than 20k defence soldiers? or worse, a lot of rubies and that are missing soldiers they bought?

    just did my daily catch up of the beyond the horizon thread.... apologies i'm not a forum fan and only ever track it when   a major issue appears in the game, the small daily issues just aren't worth the effort anymore lol.
    ok firstly Crom, yep you and your colleagues are in a very tricky position being the voice of gge on this forum when gge aren't really telling you anything of value to pass along to us or I suspect in some cases out right lying to you. I will not ever blame the moderators for gge's short comings but you have opted to be in this position. its a choice you've made.
    Earlier in the thread you posted what I assume was a "missive" you were instructed to give regarding telling players not to make chargebacks regarding the horizon event. sort of amusing if we all did and gge tried to lock out every angry player from the game.... think the moderators may end up being the only ones left on the servers with maybe a few of the interesting international proxy shell accounts that gge never seem to have a solution to ridding us of lol 
    but I digress..... you mentioned that gge have said they would act on any "entitled" claims for reimbursement and that we should raise ticket..... here's the frustration …. I have raised a ticket regarding the substantial investment I made in that abomination of a an event and have received the auto response pasted mail to confirm the ticket was received ……….but here we are days later and I and many others who put a large financial investment into the event have yet to actually receive a real human being reply, not even a hello and definitely not a any hint from anyone on how gge will resolve the issues and compensate where needed...….. this is a running theme for gge….mess up, let the moderators take the flack..... then go silent and if the players don't get bored trying to chase what is due to them then maybe they'll just dump a worthless gift box to all …...regardless of individual cases.....

      If you visited the forum regularly you know I don't comment on the hard work of my colleagues in the Customer Support department. They have a hard job and go above and beyond in carrying it out.

      What I can comment on is my own role and how well or not that is carried out. I was not repeating a missive from the Studio. I worked in a role before where I dealt with chargebacks and especially the misuse of chargebacks when it came to refunds. From the bottom of my heart I don't want players to have their account blocked because of this.

      I am very hopefuly that I will have a response tomorrow to the thread on the forum and that while it won't satisfy everyone it will at least satisfy the majority of players. The players were graceful enough to give me time to work on their behalf and that is what I have been endeavouring to do.

      patience is something all in gge learn crom I don't happen to be a player that would charge back but I do expect to regain the full value of what I invested in the event but be aware if the solution is a one size fits all comp pack the likely result will be some very upset players... this is something that gge should take into consideration. Some of us made a massive financial commitment to that event others committed time and effort and some did both..... the "universal" compensation packages from the past gge mess ups have in most cases actually created more anger and frustration........ as the shells and cheat accounts on the server receive items to smash those of us that invest with genuine gameplay in mind and enjoy playing with honour, the "universal" compensation usually grossly under values the spend made by some of us and over eggs rewards for those that invested nothing in either time or money........

      I don't write this out of impatience for the announced solution tomorrow, just as a concerned player that would like to help to ensure gge don't repeat the mistakes of past compensation issues. and would hope that you will pass this on to them.

      at no point have I asked you to comment on your colleagues in either of my posts to you...… so I add in good faith that you will pass my concerns on.

    The updated wiped out spying. Go to spy and the game freezes and have to reload.

    only few specific countries are getting benefit mostly countries who get it at right time for them

    Now u guys giving at 21:00 CEST it is 12:30AM in my country if i buy rubies then i get 5 hrs booster means i have to play whole night and have to wait whole night for that Booster time isnt it unfair ?

    Few server people playing it at 4Pm in evening and few people playing at 21:00 at night all not getting fair chance :(

      I play in US1, i live in US Central time. CEST is 4:00AM my time, in fact CEST is 2:00am - 5:00am in all of USA proper. 90% of America is asleep when your giving out your precious rubies! Once again GGE you have proven your a worthless pc of @*#$!

      It appears my calculations were incorrect on the time here, for which I apologize. But with that said, If my calculations are now correct I was actually on today when 21.00 CEST happened and the bonus never came up. This is why assumed my prior calculation was correct, been playing all day and no bonuses!!

    I read a little later in the German forum that the gold and silver store was misplaced in the original 
    version and not in the enhanced version with the changes I had mentioned.
    
    What amazes me is the fact that GGS initially designed the store with this limitation in time advancements,
     and overall for all items such as tools, soldiers, materials etc. to be used over an entire month, 
    a limitation of 50 30 minute and 50 hour advances is too little, any player uses that amount in 1 or 2 hours 
    of an event.
    
    Even as the store becomes weekly, this amount is too small for events to be playable.
    
    Analyzing the store weekly the amount of tools and other items are great and really brings an excellent
     improvement.
    
    But I hope very much that the issue of advances will be much revised, since previously hundreds were received
     at each event and every week there is a nomads or samurai event, as well as the issue of decorations that
     have now been extinguished from the awards.
    
    I'm not a big ruby ​​consumer but eventually I shop and keep my player and game subscription from the start
     of 2012, and I feel devastated at that time that GGS has even been able to create such a strong limitation 
    on doing events, even looking hard at towers and barons advancements will be insufficient to make progress,
     without advancements unable to make plate events and unable to buy ponytails decreases yield on glory events,
     which will also decrease yield on monthly event, in a cycle that neglects both evolution. 
    of the player who doesn't spend like the players like me who spend moderately.

      Had to wait a few days so I could make a PG comment but like I said where is compensation, maybe if your programmers faced some penalties for not doing their job we as players would not have to suffer. And you(brainiacs at gge) wonder why less and less people play this game, you ever think it the changes that are making players quit a game that is getting worse every "update"!!

    I have a question ... related to Silver Shop.
    What this means?
    I understand what "time remaing" is and you're about to make a new Silver Shop.
    But ... what will happen to our Gold pieces and Silver pieces? Do we have to spend everything or can we save our pieces and transfer to the new Silver shop
    Do we carry them to the new Silver Shop ... or lose them?

    One thing when ur update went live for the gold and silver shop on the day when nomads arrived on International 1 we faced major bug in the Storm Islands, the troops deserted besides the fact that i got lots of food and since than i cant produce tools or recruit troops in this kingdom, and its not only me it seems majority of the INT1 have it.
    Seems like gge decided to ignore it so little reminder.

    Please talk to the game managers to PLEASE remove the limitations from the silver and gold shops as I think that our gameplay experience is being hindered by these limitations.
    For example for the superactive players, I don't thing that 1000 tools of nomad invasion would last for even one event.
    So I would PLEASE request you people to make our gameplay even more exciting
    PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMITATIONS.
    PLEASE MAYBE MANY OF US WANT THE SAME THING AND PROBABLY DON'T WANT A NO FOR AN ANSWER.
    Please Crom do this for us.

    Also I would like to add that while adding build items on buildings, we suffer a huge lag no matter which browser we are playing in.
    Another lag is while selling equipment items.
    I tried have graphics turned on low and also deactivating direction arrows on world map.
    Please tell the GGE managers to see to the problem
