Hello, i didnt recieve my ranking rewards for the international event last time, i was ranked in the 6000s and didnt get the building and upgrade coins and no troops, and support tells me i did get them which is not true. How can i contact any superiour of these support people to file a complaint?

yes thats my ranking but i didnt get the troops and didnt get the building and upgrade coins that should have come with that. Or are the rewards different with misty castles? i dont understand why i didnt get the rewards....

Generals skills.

Not available on attack

LEO : Tool Foul up, not showing it as an option to be used in the abilities as an attack ability, but in skill it clearly says reduce defenders wall tools by 30%, but it is not showing as an ability for attacking.

Horatio : Power serge, not showing as an option to be used as defence in abilities, where in the skills it clearly says defence 10% attack power for defence troops every 2 waves, but it is not showing as an ability for defence.

@Poseidon why do you keep bombarding us with ads for discord - i have tried it and it does not weork on my lptop because it tries to install invasive software - changing the maintenance screen to only show discord link is insensitive and annoying - or are you trying to lose more players !

For starters, Discord isn't a virus or anything like that, second, you can use it directly in your browser. Discord allows for faster and better communication between players and moderators. It's also a lot more active than this forum. Just yesterday we had over 8k messages, the forum had 1. We will continue to push the discord server as much as we can.

Ok so following the update yesterdays Nobility contest finished at 23.00 (uk) approx. and nothing since - has this been stopped or is it another glitch - oh also same question about shapeshifters ? has it finished and what can we do with the currency !

Not a virus, but 8k messages a day sounds like a lot of spam. Who is going to read all of that?
I still prefer the forum, no matter how small a minority we forum users may be.

These 8k messages are spread over multiple channels. Feedback channels have a slowmode and use threads to keep things contained. We also have nearly 20 moderators there.

quand vous parlez des 8000 messages, vous pouvez bous dire combien ne comporte qu'un seul mot, mot qu'il fallait donner pour participer au concours pour gagner des rubis ?

en France on dit : "qui veut noyer son chien l'accuse de la rage"

pourquoi le forum est-il le chien de GGE ?

I signed in this morning to find I lost 45 million gold coins. I dont spend much gold but to make some troops I didnt make any yesterday. Didnt donate to the alliance.
Last glory event, I didnt have access to my commanders through the entire event.
And more. Endless glitches and losses.

I was playing outer realms and couple of hours ago my outer realms icon disappeared so i cannot continue, i already told support but its still not there, whats going on, is it a bug?

I still cant get on outer realms while i was alreaady playing there, i mailed support several times last couple of days, nobody answers, whats going on? Why nobody answers my questions at support? Are they on holiday?

Nevermind, it was my own mistake, my pc didnt update so now i did and the icons are back
