Dear Lords and Ladies,

11 years ago, the 14th August 2011, we started a great journey together through Goodgame Empire. 11 years of intense fighting, new friendships, complex diplomatic decisions and most of all fun!

To celebrate this 11 Year Anniversary with style, we would like to propose a short contest!
At some point in your warrior life, you must have needed the help, advice and support of another lord. Or maybe you faced a fierce enemy that commanded respect.
We believe it is time to pay tribute to the player(s) that left a great mark in your memory.
Bringing back old souvenirs can also give you some great rewards!

The rules:

-> Write a text to pay tribute to a player of your choice
-> Explain why this player left a mark on you
-> The text doesn't have to be long, just express yourself!
->You have to focus on something positive, it’s not the time to settle  scores with your worst enemy!
-> Don’t forget to mention the nick of this player
-> You have to post you comment before the 26th of August 10:00 AM CEST

The prizes:

-> The Moderation team will use a raffle to select 10 players that posted a tribute
-> To be selected, your text has to stick to the rules and the dead line
-> Each selected Player will win 10k rubies for himself and the player he paid tribute to!

    I started this game with the aim of distracting myself and taking the focus off my depression and little by little I managed to reduce it with the help of a great guy from my alliance so Sonhaiquach thank you very much for that.

Although I played this game a few years ago I stopped and then returned. After I returned it was hard to get back into the "new" Goodgame empire. Bouncing from alliance to alliance and then I found the right one and also my current one. This game has always been a journey and I always played in many alliances, but one that I enjoyed the most has to be the United Front, because of the leader King Vanguard. He is just a very respectful player, always willing to help you with gameplay and he makes sure that his alliance members are welcome, like a family almost, It left a very good impression, even though I am not in the alliance anymore, i believe every player should be like King Vanguard because he has integrity.

Two Important Names

    One Name Sakthi Doss who played this game once up on a time and inspired me to play this game too and

there are bugs on the test server, you can't progress further in leveling up because it freezes at level 4, when you launch an attack on the robber barons it freezes and doesn't allow you to place troops and tools. you have the proof in this attachment below. 1 )   https://prnt.sc/CTVjbzdcmkoE

William Castle helped me a lot. every time I ask for help in the alliance, he's the very first to answer. He's also very fair and upgrades alliance members(he's the leader) according to how active they are.

I would like to pay my tribute to ALL the members of my alliance ! They are the reason i still play this game . 
    Stopped playing the game a few years ago due to the ways of playing other alliances, but because of the good connections decided not to stop after a few weeks.

This is my third cycle of playing over the span of 9 years, and its been the longest going thanks to the players in the first alliance I joined. Most of them have now left, but jojokin is still going strong and we've been through a lot of messy moments both in game and out, so it's been good having him around :)

    I started playing whilst homeless - the game gave me a focus and probably kept me alive during a very dark time - I would like to thank Baldrick . Hadders, Batten and a lot of former players for their advice - in game and in R/L - i was close to quitting before i joined my current alliance and especially would like to mention Iceyshades for her help and advice :-)

    I'm thanksful for @KWATOR (WORLD1) .
    He was in my first alliance (LES CENTS BÊTES) and was a funny and helpful player. We became friends and now, I'm deputy in his alliance "Celestia". He is always funny and brings chat to life, he helps others members and he is a very nice friend.

The greatest mark in my memory was left by Happy Lady. For many years we were a team within a team. Like most players from those days, she has left the game long since. I'm barely hanging on, just because of my current team Bucephalus, in particular the very few leftovers who were once part of our alliance Geluk, which is now also part of a long gone past filled with dear memories.

Hello there
    So the person I would like to pay my respect to is Zeusy (his preferred nickname) and Undefeatable. 
    Let me begin my journey
    I have entered this when I saw some promising ads when playing online game. I clicked the ad and it led me here and ever since that time I was addicted to this game. 

    This was actually kind of fun when you compete with real player (PvP) which makes this game fun.

     And also I have not purchased any rubies still now and I am still one of the top players among my level range. This game has actually been very fun to play in contrast to what many people think. You don't need infinite money play this game.. you just need the right strategy so that you can achieve greatness.

    So I actually got invited in DA: Loki Legion by Zeusy and I invited Undefeatable (a fellow friend) to join me... Ever since then I became stronger and stronger till I could support more than a thousand troops even when I was just level 40. I had a glory of title of more than 'The Unyielding' I didn't need to build dwellings simply because there is no need to build after the nomads and the bloodcrow invasion gives a lot of XP. We had a lot of fun together until one day Undefeatable said he is no longer gonna be active.. I was kind of sad when I heard this. But I still continued playing this game. We have a discord server together where we talk together, play discord minigames and share jokes and battle reports...

    Let me say that this is the best game I have played, not only cause it's fun but also because I found my friends. I was actually kind of lonely first and this people came and brightened up my spirits. I have come from a lonely guy to a more cheerful happy, energetic, and most importantly a socially interactive person

    Having played the game twice before, I expected my return for a third time to be a brief one... But the friendship, good advice and endless aid from the leader of the United People's Front alliance, Jojokin, made me enjoy the game so much more, and is the reason I'm still here  after so much time, having FUN!

I have learnt many things from this game that has helped me in real life too. I was thought how to manage, talk and help people under me. I was a teen kid when I started playing this game.. 
    I cant remember the all of them who started with me in the beginning since many have left the game. I can only remember UltimateWarlord who stood side by side with me from the beginning(till now) while playing in alliance named alphas under the leadership of Emperor. And my ShivSena family not just allymates in game but also in real life... :heart:

Hi everyone I would like to mention a player named Lasarus he has helped me through the 10 years that i have been playing this game, he has always been there for help and advise offering food and resources without asking anything in return.
