Flank gems not working

I noticed I was a bit light on troops on the flanks just now and as far as I'm concerned I gave no one the Bank Holiday off... any reason for this?

    this issue is affecting someone besides me it would seem
    doesn't matter what commander is used all have same flank count of 64 for me

    a hotfix has been rolled out, refresh and try again.. it should be fixed now :)

    i'm having the same problem--all my flanks are at 64--no changes with different commanders

    Goodgame empire has become a garbage dump game that the system has enriched and committed frauds and illegal things behind the players. shame on you thieves you made fun of this game with all the two money upgrades. You at GGE are being targeted and you will be under investigation by the European Commission.
