  @Pisky (GB1) raises some very valid concerns. Boo Masters has addressed this issue of monument hoarding by the large bully alliances in the AU server through a program of mandatory redistribution., which has been well received by the AU community as shown in the comments below:

  How about asking that alliance if you could have one? I have players that are very good at getting them. We like to offer to family and our allies that don't get any. Also sometimes we may miss a realm but have more than one in another. We can offer swaps and look to create friendships and goodwill by giving away an extra asset to someone that asks for it.
  
  There aren't strings attached just a way for diplomatic outreach. Just ask, you may not always get it but you might sometimes get one.
