And yes, none buyers don't have acces to it.
However, and please don't take this the wrong way, everyone should feel free to do whatever they want in the spending department. But if you want to unlock these you could try the pay by call feature, this would let you buy rubies for 25 -75 cents and thus unlock everything.
I hope that suggestion helps someone.
