RBC cooldown display bug

Upon returning to the game after over a year away, I was surprised to see this bug still hasn't been fixed! Occurs on multiple browsers. I think it's been around for as long as Empire has been in HTML5. Can GGS confirm that they are aware of this bug and working on it?

Note that the desert tower appears ready to be attacked but is actually on cooldown. Annoying!

    This bug wasn't ranked too high compared to other bugs, they have been fixed.
    We will push for this one to be fixed next.
