    Seems a link to Berimond. All participants to the last beri have lost the stored deco. Those whom did not play berimond seem to have the deco still in the storagebox.

    the only deco in stock now bericave

    hope to help this resolving this way.  GGS wtf...samurai went ok this time after months now this again!!!

    This has already been reported to the necessary people as an in-game emergency.

    From what we can tell, this bug is linked to the Berimond event. Anyone who had joined Berimond has found not only their decorations, but also any buildings (such as relic bakeries and military districts) gone as well, anyone who did not join berimond has not been affected.

    I'm afraid I don't know much more on the subject than that, and everything that we as moderators can do has been done.

    Please do not post the same thread over and over. We understand that this is a major issue, but flooding the discussion thread will not help resolve the issue, nor will it get it resolved faster.

    This has happened to everyone that I've talked to, troops will not be acceptable compensation for this, we can't use troops to decorate or in the fusion forge.

    Totally agree, some sort of roll back is needed.

    All my decorations are also gone. I want them back (not troops). I had MANY fusion decorations, including a lot of very high level ones, that I want back.

    All deco items, fusion parks, PO emptied out of storehouse
    Trying to place an item in an outpost and got an ërror has occurred"screen - try again in few minutes - tried to replace park and it started to build one. went back to storehouse and it was empty

    Big Bug - i had lots of old items from the simple all the way through fusion items to top decos

    very not happy on AUS server and several in alliance have also lost their items completely

    Happened to all players on the AUS1 server to .  GGE can't palm us off this time , want rubies or cash back for the items lost , due to purchases .

    Decorations also disappeared from players who were not in Berimond!
    I was among the 100 in Berimond in the morning,
    no prizes came from there.
    Empty warehouse, not fair to players !!!!
    We all want it back as soon as possible, thank you!

    and on GB1

    clearing cache and refreshing has no effect.  No decos or fusion decos other than the ones we won this morning at the end of Bloodcrows

    No it will not resolved faster! I'm sure of that, the last time if lost a huge amount in a ingame lost it took 2,5 month to get a refund!!!

    I've lost at least 3 million worth of rubbies?!!! WTF!!!!

    There is F#CKING to much lost to make a list of it!

    Thanks for your explanation ... but I will be pleased when GGE gives me back my decorations .. because, as I said before, I have a wealth of decorations
