Level 2 Ruby Moat - Worth It?

With the current state of the attack & defence balance (with relic comms, +10 tools from hall, etc), is the level 2 ruby moat (+30%) worth its value in PVP combat?

    Honestly, not really. Most players at 70/800 can send enough tools that the moat protection gets cancelled out. There's much better ways to spend 68,000 rubies.

    In the current meta, honestly wouldn't consider it. 9 wave will roll the wall every time unless it's tooled poorly. Otherwise you should be able to hold wall against normal 6 wave attacks without it.
