In the castle i can move around fairly normally and do stuff but on the world map it takes forever to do anything, the mouse doesn't want to go where i want it to
If the main game also becomes HTML5 only i will quit the game.
And yes i have the newest version of Chrome and the newest version of Safari and neither work well
For me the game runs great on internet explorer with flash. Very smooth. Fast loading. Although some of the features have a delay. Like changing build items or equipment pieces. The only reason I use IE or flash is to play this game.
Internet explorer with HTML is laggy. Loads slowly for everything. And is generally no fun.
Chrome with flash I just tried and I get an endless loop of loading screen. In the past it was always slower than internet explorer anyways. .
Chrome with HTML is slightly better than IE HTML. But still it loads slow. Jerky motions of the mouse pointer. The world map takes a very long time to load. If this version was improved even a little bit I would not mind playing on it.
And contacting support is a waste of time.

Send an email to xyzxyz and then have them tell you an email address to ask for a phone number so you can get an address for international mail to Mars. Once Elon Musk finally lands on Mars they'll tell you where to go in the Andromeda Galaxy to ask extraterrestrial intelligence what GGE support is truly doing because nobody on Earth knows what they do. I personally chose to run it in flash as it doesnt run anywhere near as well in HTML and never has, I havent tried it recently i have to admit, but it used to be shockingly bad.
I cannot play horizon in html5 with puffin browser. I bought the pro version. Anyone with any advice?
