LOW FOOD ALERT suggestion

The recent update was helpful but it failed to address an issue which would help players manage their castles and outposts, an early warning food shortage alert and monitor.
Presently the system sends a private message alerting players once their food supply has become inadequate to feed their troops. When the player reads the message it is already too late to save his or her troops from starvation. (This is like someone warning you that a car is going to hit you after the fact; it is somewhat pointless and a bit irritating.) Presently you can see how long the food supply will last in each location by visiting that location and moving your cursor over the food supply figure in the top menu bar.
I would suggest two improvements:
1- update the castle overview with one more feature which indicates how long the current food supply at the present consumption rate will last until troops starve.
Then the food supply time remaining could be viewed for all castles and outposts at the same time.
2- update the alert system such that it sends a message stating "At the current food consumption rate the food supply in [location] will be exhausted within 4 hours."
Another message could be sent when food stores are down to a 1 hour supply.
This would give players advanced warning and help them better manage their castles and outposts.
With so much going on in this game it would be a great help to players seeking to efficiently manage food supplies to have these updates.

I personally think that these should be introduced into the game, but I don't think GGE wants players to have "Advance Warning". To allow players to feel the grind, and "encourage" them to buy troops
You need or want help to become a better player shoot me a message in the forums or here I'll gladly help you out for free

I don't play this game anymore.
They are already keeping up with that data. You can see it by placing your cursor on the food tab in the bar above and it tells you how long it will last at current consumption rate.
I just want them to give advanced warning instead of telling me when it has already run out. And to have that data visible for all castles on screen at the same time.
I can't believe they would give such a bullshit answer.
