    All I want is less ads and popups, better performance and a cleaner UI.

    I see alliance cities are removed.

    But what about the compensation for the alliance cities. When will this be done? There are many alliances who invested a lot of resources into these cities that i'm sure they'd like to have returned back to them. 

    Same with people who still have a lot of those royal coins. Will these players also be compensated or were their efforts all for nothing? Same with people who have all these boosters, what about those, they are pretty much useless now, especially since they were not removed in the update, as you can see they are still here but serves no use.

    Yep I see you have removed all my ruby purchased booster items for this event and I cannot see any compensation yet.  Hopefully this is just a timing issue and its actually on its way into my inbox as we speak.

    Anyone know what the lost and found tab added to the messages tab is about? Aside from making it more frustrating to check your messages that is.

    PS in top200 on uk 1 never botted or used a VPN - that's why it took 5 yrs to get to leg 800

    the point of this forum is to give the player a pacifier
    here the player can complain , give feedback , ask questions or even ask for changes we would like.
    GGE never takes it serious and just now and then posts a message that is more or less a reply on our posts.
    As you may have noticed the last couple of days SOME new moderators and on a good working game it would be great fun, but on empire you are all the time yelled at as the responsible team to present a decent working game with inspiring updates that work for at lest most of  it just don't listen. would you like to be moderator? not even if I would get 100k rubies every week.

    My idea of a roadmap:

    1. Stop introducing new crap.
    2. Fix existing crap. 

    You want to know what is going on at support? Oh, yeah. Send an email to xyzxyz and then have them tell you an email address to ask for a phone number so you can get an address for international mail to Mars. Once Elon Musk finally lands on Mars they'll tell you where to go in the Andromeda Galaxy to ask extraterrestrial intelligence what GGE support is truly doing because nobody on Earth knows what they do. The logic here is that we can't ever know what they do because they don't do anything! - dliu3

    1 close this crap what is named empire of bugs
    2 try to introduce a simple working game and the ask the player what the would like to see added.
    3 take a very long time to see if the requests are possible to program with no very big complications and then take even more time to test the new feature.
    4 present it to the players for an evaluation.

    I think I will demolish all production buildings, I have no stone and no wood producing buildings in storm and yet my production is at 795/hour.
    I don't mind as long as this stays a positive number
    I am sure this is no bug, this is plain wrong programming

    Just to make sure this is seen. We are 2 months on and no compensation package for Royal Cities has been announced. How long are we expected to be patient for? 

    This package should have been launched when you removed the cities and took our royal coins.  2 months later still nothing. At what point should we expect it or should I skip to the end of the road and assume that GGS plan to ignore it and hope we all go away and forget?  If so, maybe I should simply stop all buying of rubies until such time as GGS values my custom.

    Well about 4 years on I am still waiting for previous PROMISED compensation, so i wouldnt hold my breath,   \what GGE say and what they do are 2 very different things
