This bug ... reduced food production ... it's been taking too long.
My losses are huge.
This is superlative irresponsibility ... or extreme incompetence.
Since no one has been any  compensated for damage, it is also a disregard for the player that I spoke earlier.
I've lost too many armies ... or someone is expecting me not to sleep Until someone understands that he has to fix the malfunction because he has an obligation towards players whose money they live comfortably. Shame.
I'll give  to You   :)  and  <3   ....   or    >:)

    If it costs players it's 'very hard' to fix and will take a long time.  If it costs GGE, fixed the next day such that it costs the players more than it did before.

    I'm not interested in that, sorry. I said ... my money will not get   as long as these things will happening
    There is a test server ... if necessary and if someone cares ... let them make 1, 2, 3 ... how much a test servers should be and a hundred tests, for all players who leave their money and time,  as long as they do not get quality service

    Not to forget, the parameters in my buildings are "normal" now ... but the production is still equally diminished ... it is less than 4k (or more) in each castle. It has crossed every border of decency towards us.

    Not saying it's right.  Just saying how it is.  I personally find it astonishing that people spend the money they do on this game.  The quality control and attention to detail is non existent.  Not sure why they even have a test server since they ignore all the feedback they get from there.

    Reported this to support several times , but with no response , so with losses and support not replying about this , so now i dont bother , sending to them lost over 22k so far , but it is so simple for me , i just save my money until this is sorted .

    A fundamental part of this game has not been corrected , leaves me with no hope any part of this game will be corrected , as for support . WHATS THE POINT.

    You want to know what is going on at support? Oh, yeah. Send an email to xyzxyz and then have them tell you an email address to ask for a phone number so you can get an address for international mail to Mars. Once Elon Musk finally lands on Mars they'll tell you where to go in the Andromeda Galaxy to ask extraterrestrial intelligence what GGE support is truly doing because nobody on Earth knows what they do.     I'm sure they made the statement because GGE always keeps their word.  HaHaHaHa!

    They might have made the statement on obscurestatements.com or some other site like that, or on the german forum and called it good(lot of good that does us).

    And they wonder why we're pissed/fed up.

    We are both talking about the same thing. If we look all that is happening in the last days at each other as traders ... this is a bad buy. I only pay for quality. Nobody will get my money for the product below the expected quality. The last days We here have enormous losses because some supply a bad "product" to us ... constantly
    I vill be  cynical: does anyone expect us to spend their money on the product that we have previously paid for and which was destroyed (or damaged) because the producer delivered the product with a mistake
    Who smart expects us to pay the "product" and permanent repairs of that same "product"???
    Every smart merchant gives a guarantee, and he is compensating the buyer if the product is damaged.

    I'm sorry for the administrators ... It's not easy for them because they are the players. They know that we are talking about the truth here and that all this is happening ... but they must protect the employer's interest even when it is illogical and inexplicable.
    I will not use rough words ... even if I want to 
    In my language there is a spectrum of very picturesque words for such conversations

    Oh Dear.... I need some oxygen to get better...... and is GGE going to compensate us again for the time we're not sure if our troops will stay alive or starve to death?? Because you can't rely on your foodproduction anymore nowadays. it fluctuates about every hour .. sometimes up.... most of the time it goes down

    This is getting really ridiculous on a daily ongoing basis . Why is it so hard to fix the Granary production problem ? Every time you log back on the production in the Granaries says -1% on all granaries instead of what it is supposed to read . So then we have to pay at least 36K coin in each castle everywhere to take out the widget and then replace it which cost another 36k in coin to put it back ( level 9 widget ) for the production level to go back to normal in each castle in every land . Is it too hard for you people to take some responsibility and listen to the people commenting on this thread ? Fix the issue so we will stop losing massive food production and having to use coin on a daily basis to fix your production problem in the granaries .

    Three questions have been asked: I can not do it ... they do not know or do not want to.
    If they can not and do not know ... it's a shame for GGE
    If they do not want ... that's their attempt to make us waste our money and buy a lot more rubies. And that's a bad attempt because my friends and I do not want to waste money on poor service. That may be spite ... but the pressure is always counterproductive ... at least to me and my friends

    Also, I reconsider my game. If this continues ... I'll stop playing. There are many other games on this internet. Many players feel similar to me

    You are talking about extra spending coins for extraction items ... but this is not the only increase in consumption. We're losing the army ... and we spend huge sums of coins for the production of new soldiers.
    even if the GGE decides to compensate us ... how will they do it?
    They will give us 15 or 20 K demons? Which will also die due to lack of food.
    Or will they give us back our coins? How? Linear all the same amount? Calculate real consumption?
    It's funny and sad its to expect ... because I can not repair the existing malfunction
    I can not believe that the GGE has allowed themselves such a blame
