    I use https://empire.goodgamestudios.com/ to play.
    And I should complain that the support is very weak too.
    They never reply properly.

    Hi @Frozenvirus (IN1),

    Could you please direct message me with your username and server?

    Sadly the idea of an account being "hacked" just simply isn't something that can happen, personally I blame films and TV shows for dramatizing the idea of "hacking" things so much. Intrusion onto accounts comes either from inadequately chosen passwords of through impropriety with issues such as account sharing.

    I'm sure that you have been following our terms and conditions to the letter and obviously fall into the former category so it is imperative that your chosen password follows some simple rules when choosing a password: 
    - Should not be your birthday or similar personal details (phone number, account name).
    - Should not be too simple or easy to guess. Passwords like 12345 or ABCDE are usually among the first ones tested when trying to gain access to an account.
    - Should not use any publicly available information about yourself.
    - Should not be a password you have previously used.
    - Should consist of randomly chosen characters and numbers.

    But yeah, besides that, PM me your info so I can look into your bug!

    Please tell me you did not just post your password on the forums @Frozenvirus (IN1)? Please never post your password anywhere, in game, on the forums ect! To keep your account secure this needs to be a closely guarded secret.

    A quick update.
    The public order problem only shows up hours after a Colossus has been placed and it only corrects itself hours after a Colossus has been removed. Quickly placing and removing a Colossus has no ill effects.
    Last night I moved all my Colossus-type decorations into storage and this morning the food production in all my castles was finally correct again.

    seem to be a few random weird things happening..I went to beri..showed 2373 troops before resetting to correct 912 troops.. it also shows 20 troops in hospital with 3 slots available but wont let me use them...if I relog it briefly shows no troops in hosp[ital (and no building underway but that could be lag)..


    amd another member has this  "anyone having trouble going castle to world icon showing full loads everthing.  seems to be everwhere but green"

    I seem to be stuck in my main castle it will not let me go to the main map or outer locations I will soon run out of food if I can't loot can you help ASAP please .

    Faulty offer causing a whole bunch of weird visual glitches and messing up the world map. Offer has now been removed, thanks for bringing it up!

    Having yet another prob;em with the game

    Cant do anything, it wont let me go to the world map, and just tried to do it in berrie and it just froze up. Also when i got to berrie it was still showing rescouses and troops ect from main castle in green

    Not a tonne of new information, but this is the Public order of my Sand castle when i've removed all decorations - this is where i had all my colossuses
