I took a look at your account but can't see the problem you're referring to, your PO points on your stored Colossus items are displaying correctly and when I add them to your castle the appropriate amount are being credited to that castles value. Maybe you could shoot a quick screenshot of exactly what you're seeing is wrong here?

Since the update, all my castles are loosing food faster than before.
In my sand castle, I'm sure the number (and type) of soldiers did not change in the past few days, yet food went from black numbers (+190 per hour yesterday) to red (-55 per hour now).
Perhaps I overlooked something, but food overseer, active VIP level, hunting lodge, resource villages, and Berimond title are all the same as a few days ago.
Changes in production and consumption are always difficult to track due to the amount of different influences and factors that could have made this difference.
What I am able to do is check your castle, your stations troops and your stronghold and run your various numbers through my calculators, I'm happy to confirm that your consumption/production appears to be correct for this castle.
Given the very small change in the amount consumed I'd suggest a switch of a base build production item or some additional fire damage on your castle could be the cause here, sadly there's no way for me to pin down exactly what this change was but I am happy that there are no errors currently on your account.
No build items were changed and no fires were added. A few fires were extinguished, but that shouldn't have a negative impact. Before the update I started an architect building and I would have noticed at that time if the food production had been red, so I'm pretty sure it was black this morning and that the update changed something.
Maybe there was a bug causing too much production before and the update fixed that?
Unfortunately I didn't make a screenshot nor did I do a calculation check before the update.
As you state, the numbers do seem to match right now, although it's difficult for players to check them, because it is unclear how certain things are calculated.
Edit: abab's screenshot above definitely shows that something is fishy.

I took a look using the information you've provided and this definitely looks super odd, it might be something basic we're both missing but I've escalated this as a matter of importance! I'll swing back by once we've looked into it in depth and give you an update.

It's a super tough one!
The exact manner in which food calculations overlap and interact with each other is not one that I either, understand entirely, or am at liberty to divulge. We do however have our official calculators to plug all the relevant details of an account into, in order to double check these things.
Whilst it isn't always possible for players to work out exactly where there food should be please do feel free to write to us anytime. Food consumption and production is an extremely important aspect of the game and we are always happy to take the time to ensure it is working correctly.
the numbers of public order is changed after the update, please control.

Please verify the OP calculating, some decos or some building not work correctly.
Mine isn't to do with the PO as far as I can tell, and I have only checked my Desert Castle so far, but adding all my food production buildings (Granaries and Keep) gives me a total of 14975. However according to the food production in my banner I am only making 14819.4. Making a shortfall of 155.6 per hour.
I am not sure what else gets taken into account, but I feel this is something that needs an explanation.
I will check my other castles over time and see if there are any other shortfalls.
Oh bum!!! just rechecked my calculations and it's actually 14713 not 14975. so it's actually an excess. Still not sure how that came about either.
I can confirm abab's observation regarding the negative influence of Colossus-like statues.
Eight hours ago I placed a (tiny) gold Colossus in my storm castle. Total decoration value was shown correctly at that time.
But now, many hours later, the total is lowered by the value of the Colossus.
Removing all decorations except the Colossus now gives a total of 0, see screenshot A.
Also removing the Colossus gives a total of -23, see screenshot B, which (without the minus sign) is exactly the value of the Colossus, see screenshot C.
Logging out (and back in) after putting the Colossus into storage does not reset the total decoration value. Perhaps it will reset after a few hours. Time will tell...
I don't have any screenshots/battle reports for this.
But when defending the khan I didn't have 533 troops on the wall (amount I have advertised in my defence menu), I was in the high 400s...
I think the +55 bonus from build items didn't apply, but unsure.
Edit: my account is on Asia1, so if you look for it on US you not gonna find much lol
I don't want to confide in you exactly how long ago this bug was originally pointed out to me in a bugwatch thread ( ). This is however a known issue and after investigating the documentation, it should be being actively being worked on. I've poked those responsible to see what the story is here.

Thanks again for all the info you guys have provided, I've made sure to send it all directly to the folks investigating this one. I don't know if we'll get a conclusion before the weekend but I'm pushing it as a priority on your behalf!

Thanks for the report, I'm happy to say there is no bug here
Unless you've switched Cast's since this attack happened you'll see your current set up gives a 16% bonus to unit limit on the wall when defending against enemy castle lords.
This bonus is shown in the 533 troops on the wall in your defense set up screen but if you're hit by a non-player character then your defense will be operated with a smaller number of troops on the wall as this bonus won't apply.
Hope this info helps you plan your defense in the future!

I think that GGS is one of the biggest group of liars in the history.
I have contacted support but just there is a bug.

But when I go to use them its shows ERROR_101

I can certainly understand why you're upset here, we've been able to reproduce this matter on our testing servers and have written up the issue for further investigation. Hopefully we will be able to get this fixed as soon as possible for you and other players suffering from this one.
I wanted to take a quick look at your support ticket to see if there was more information in there but I cannot find any tickets from Frozenvirus on IN1 in the system. Perhaps you could PM me your server and username as well as what website you use to access the game? I'd appreciate the opportunity to follow up on this further.
