Food |Glitch

Two or three times this last month my food consumption has dramatically increased for no reason.
For example my outers jumped by around 20k for no reason, this cleared after a few hours.
|tried the usual, clear cache, new web browser, checked flags etc |
At the moment one outer is using 17k more food than it should be. even enou it si moved it  though  it is troops etc, only have 5 troops there

    13 hours ago I defeated the Barbarian Fortress. 30 minutes ago I was attacked from a Barbarian Fortress.  I thought the whole idea of spy camp was to insure no attacks.
