Hey guys im looking for help to get justice. 
The community rules that he broke are as follow:
  • no attacking players over ten levels below you or above 
  • no attacking people under 25 clicks to you which this guy is 15 click away from me

    I'll take the dubious honor of telling you that no one cares.

    If you don't like it then declare war. Rules aren't rules unless you can enforce them. Note that I said you; don't cry about it and expect help in a war game.

    If you are not able to enforce these made up rules, then there is no reason to have them.

    The fairest fair play rules is no fair play rules.

    LVL 26 attacked LVL 44 and won since LVL 44 had no troops in castle
    Now LVL 44 is whining about it
