    well RIP my troops then. Ist all well for freezing the the food DURING the update, but what about the servers that only come back online at ~11pm? Wouldn't it be logical to just force a 100k food gift or something of the sort? Or is that asking to much of GGE?

    if GGE doing shits 5h everytime better to do it late night when we all sleep. i woke up what to see ''work in progress'' 

    this is not my fail i want to play . i dont care about your fail GGE. 

    in the end nothing 1 NPC commnader that i am going to sell cor coins becasue i am full already

    I wonder if you get to react to the horns from the people who sent out attacks just before it went down?
    I know some people sent them out, I thought about it but thought that would be pretty F/ck up to do that.

    It was announced so far in advance so I am sure some alliances/players are going to be surprised when it comes back up

    Food is frozen for 9 more hours after servers come back online.

    I agree they should do it in the night but they did announce the long downtime in advance , although I still wonder why they keep giving us the small gifts after each update and not use the same thing do announce downtimes ingame...

    As it's a worldwide game - there is never a point of time 'when we all sleep' - so I guess GGS don't see such a benefit for them to have people working overnight based on GGS' local time - as it will still annoy other players who would be at the same stage of the day you are atm.

    Try living in Australia, we get a double hit. Downtime finishes almost in the AM, then we are asleep during the time it's back. 

    Like normally I would complain about troop starvation but I starved yesterday so I can't lose as many this time.

    Start ~ 6.00-12.00 CET

    we can't complain, the upgrade started 4 hours early at 08.00 CET.

    next upgrade the login button will be removed

    Yes @M.A.N (AU1) but food production/consumption is frozen - so the only way to increase your food should be to loot.

    Food is frozen are attacks frozen as well?

    ~11pm is fine... stay awake a little past bedtime.

    Best decision is to go fire cast with 3 troops in 33-33-34 during updates.
