As far as I can see, you agreed with the terms and conditions, paid 35k euros and then all of a sudden you decided that you don't agree with the terms and conditions anymore? Well, if you actually read the terms and conditions, you'd know that you won't get your money back.

I have seen too many of these type of threads by now. People threatening to sue GGE. People threatening to put them in court. But do they ever do that? No. Those people who are saying that are only doing so to get attention.

I would be very careful if i were you with writing those types of things. Many courts does not like to see these type of statements and this could backfire on you in a real court scenario.

If you wish to lawsuit GGE, then please act somewhat professional by not making a thread on their forums about it.
It's your right to try this in court if you so demand, but the chances of that something is actually going to happen are very slim.

What is your issue anyway? ToS have always been in the game and you can always read them when you like. If you agree to the terms then you play and if you don't then you find a new game.
If you are talking about the time when GGE made a change to the ToS. They did let us know and i believe they even sent everyone a message about it.

No one is saying that you don't have the right to talk on the forums about this. What I believe they are saying is that it will likely do no favors for you if you truly wish to carry out this lawsuit.

YEP the laws already said enough
fortunately I live and the Netherlands and here you can find and think everything.
here the judge looks at some after the law and how it has been introduced. the rest no added values to it
yes, in VS it is different, GGE can do everything

there is nothing wrong with that

and did not forget so that I had come here forums already 4 weeks more than 40 mails after support have sent and received no reply back. I'm going to do that too. and give GGE every opportunity to respond to it

1 I can get general terms and conditions 2012.
2 can tell the difference in 2012 and 2014 can indicate.
3 where was the free choice.
The questions are not that difficult.
if support can not respond to it

but I can fill it out.
is then the way to talk on forum
difficult questions, the doors shut and mouth shut and light.
if mod, s can read my messages can also neatly answer my questions

To me this looks like yet another Dutch player complaining that GGS has started occasionally enforcing their account/pw sharing and multi accounting policies.

Thread closed, if you would like to open another one with some sort of coherent topic other than repeating "sue GGS" and synonyms you're more than welcome to.
