GGE sells false boosters and won't refund
In what reality is it ok for a company to lie to you about their product then tell you they won't give you a working product?
At this point, I simply see GGE as dishonest and am strongly considering deleting - what is the point in playing a competitive game where the company who sells it lies to its customers?
I am not a lawyer, but if you bought rubies for real money and used the purchased rubies to purchase ingame items, i am pretty sure they can get away with that as they did give you the rubies you purchased for the money as advertised. And the tools you purchased with the rubies you got were not a part of the advertisement.
However, i don't think this is the case if you bought the nomad tools directly from the offers with real money. It's like purchasing a powerful weapon for real money in a video game and then later the weapon does not work so the company has to take it back, then they are forced to refund or compensate you.
There are many loopholes here you need to consider. I am pretty sure GGS has the rights here, as if they did not, they would refund you just to not get in trouble. This time they denied refund, i am pretty sure they know what they are doing.
Others are free to correct me though, this is not my area of expertise.
If they give rubies back for unwanted upgrades (read about this) than for this they should even more.
But unfortunately, not much I can do. I can spend money somewhere else and write negative critic on every page they advertise this game. With all the rights I have.

This is fun too. Especially when seasonal ended 12 hours ago.
I never spend money on games, waste of money I think but if I did I would NEVER spend it on this game. Would much rather spend it somewhere where they listen to the player base and care about Non-ruby and low ruby players as much as they do about big spend players.
Previously when I'd had an ingame loss or some sort of error occured, customer service resolved it within a week.
It's now been approx 12 (?) days since I raised a ticket about 5k worth of khan medal boosting tools not working and I received no response.
I am a non-ruby buying Level 70, Legend 100-something-but-I-am-to-lazy-to-update-this-every-time-I-level-up
His alliance supported.
ex. they give sam/nomad booster offers and allowing us to buy it 30 times, if I am buying it then why gge is not halting the booster after event end and start it back during same event.
if you ask me, technically it's possible because it's a thread based programming.
ex. gge increase the offer value based on purchase, I am having an offer for 6500 rubies, since I have limitation to buy the offer 30 times, I am buying it for 85000 rubies, but the frustration is, next time gge will pop-up offer for 85K rubies or more. not fair, not necessary I will have money to buy 85K rubies next time.
ex. there are few support people who always give a negative reply, I can name one guy craig, if your ticket will go to him, then surely you will get negative reply. GGE support replies are static.
If GGE says that this is not their issue, they should provide evidence as well. they have all our data with them.
I am sure, I have all the rights to ask for the evidence as a customer since I am using real money to buy your virtual items.
GGE business team should think about their customer because Customer is the king.
