You'll have to message support regarding the issue, although I'm not sure how it will go down considering the length of time since the issue occurred.

Support Team can only check into ingame issues, and there is the payment wing of support who looks into such payment matters, so the best way is to file a support ticket and patiently wait (they usually reply in 24-72 hours).
