And considerin about 700 players join on each side, at least on INT1, that requires every player to make 200 hits?? that is 100k gallantry points for EVERY player in ALL level groups.
And, that is what is required to be able to destroy other player's camps, this seriously NEVER happens. Not ONCE has this happened, in the history of the game... oh wait! Old berimond? They reworked it since it was heavily flawed and not good, people were unhappy, now, why not rework current berimond, and reduce the current hits required to take down a capital by maybe... 5 times? 40k hits for each side may sound like little, but that requires only 20k gallantry pts per player in all groups, and since we got theese huge players making tons of hits on each side, the capitals will fall in about 3 days. The event lasts 4 days, and the final day will be battle royale. OR, we could try a different model, where we could run a berimond, maybe.... once a month? where you can still hit the towers, BUT, like old berimond, you don't get gallantry points, but instead, the percentage bar determines who is in the lead, where if your side wins, you get a reward. AND, during the event, like before, players can capture other player's camp, if your camp gets taken, you get a new one, until a capital falls.
The honor still is not gained or lost, but they could still rework it.
There are 3 possible models :
1. Reduce the hits required to break into the capital, where you would need a certain amount of hits to get down. When the capital falls it is free game to take camps, not destroy them like it is today.
2. Once a month, you get 4 days, where it is free game to capture camps, like back in the day, you have a percentage bar, when the capital falls, Just like in the current one, the players owning camps get kicked out of the event when their camp is captured. Still like the current model but you get to steal camps, and you get a reward if you are on the winning side.
3. Lengthen the current berimond time, and keep it as it is, reduce the amount or hits, or double the time you have. Prefferably we get a hit needed reduction.
