Either way, we've seen both red and blue horns in Berimond this morning, no problems.

In our Alliance, we can see our own incoming attack. We do get a red horn but no one in our alliance has gotten a blue horn since the blood crows got here. Several of our members have gotten defeated because no one knew they were under attack and no one got a blue horn!!!
Not a lot of happy players in out alliance.
