Forgot Account Password??

Hey so one of my alliance members forgot his account password, and he does not have a valid email to match with his account. He automatically saved his password by pressing the "remember password" and he was wondering if there is a way for him to regain his password/ change it to a new one. Thank you:)

    If he has no valid e-mail for his account, and he forgot his password, then he is out of luck. He could try to contact support, but since he broke one of the basic rules of the game, "You must use a valid e-mail to open an account", I doubt they will help him. His account will go into ruins and be deleted, lesson learned...

    I have a valid email address but how the hell do i reset my password it keeps asking for my password and i don't remember it

    If you don't remember your pw, and you ARE using a valid email address. Then you send a email to support, they will send you back your pw. If you don't know your pw and you are using an invalid email, you won't be sent your pw. This is because as far as ik, there is no way to verify, that you are who you claim to be.

    Ik you can get your email changed, but i believe you need to be able to tell support info about the acct only the user would know. So if you know how much gold, rubies, premium points it has and you remember some stuff like that, you could give that a shot.

    I have a valid email but forgot password, wrote support to reset and got an email asking to explain? REset password...whats to explain!

    Lol GGGE support are like that

    when you try login click forgot password and type in email it should send a code to your email enter that code in the password section then login and change it in options in game

    A guy in Metal changed his password but must have hit an extra key. Started up first time then when he logged off and back on again on another computer it wouldn't log in. Main problem is his original hotmail address has  been deleted and support will only send to his old email address. Question is if you've played the game for several years there must be a way to get back  the account rather than start from the beginning again. Anyone have any ideas????

    Maybe he can show a PayPal transaction or a bank statement for a ruby purchase he's made on his account?

    contact support directly and provide as much information as you can. ie. original email, pass, and credit card info etc. etc. etc.

    Just remember that the GGS support team will NEVER ask for your full credit card information. They will probably ask for the first/last four digits or not at all. Take care guys...

    Hi, friend can't get into the game, he changed password on his account but must of hit an extra key, (doesn't show you what you typed in which is weird) so now he cant get back into the game. also the original email he set the game up with is no longer valid (changed providers so doesn't have access to that account so if they send him password reset it will just go nowhere). What do you think his options are? He's never bought rubies so doesn't have proof from a credit card etc that it is his.
