Glory reset bug

So I was sitting on 638.11k glory(http://prnt.sc/e99p1f), but when the glory reset happened, I went from the Remorseless to the Steel-Hearted, losing ~ 200k glory(http://prntscr.com/e99ruz). Either my math is really bad or its just one of these bugs.

Happened on 16/2/2017 1:00 am UTC+2:00 on my ASIA1 account called Memelord

    similar happened to me last night.
    I also dropped  2 levels loosing about double from what i should loose

    We have had several players glory not showing up in the alliance overview.  Three didn't show yesterday and now more are missing today that I know of for sure.

    I attacked some BCs today and got up to 502.25k glory(http://prntscr.com/e9krag), but I'm still waiting for my 200k.. I sent a message to the GGS support and the BMs and even opened a PayPal dispute case, but haven't received an answer yet...

    I'm much lower level and having same problem with losing Glory Points despite hitting castles. Mine is only a 2% loss, yet despite making 3 glory hits, I dropped 600 points. Didn't even stay the same, actually dropped. And yes I checked to make sure they were glory hits, they were, and showed glory points (with honor points on one), and the number is dropping and in greater increments than 2%.
