    over 34hrs unable to log on - Thats alot of sams tokens/rewards and ice event rewards I've now missed out on

    Hi Guys I have been unable to login for the last 2 days. Cannot get past the blue screen. Don't know what to do. Anyone able to help please? Send reply to my GGE inbox please.

    I am also having problems logging on. The game is stuck at : Oiling the chain mail and It hasn't loaded for the past hour. HELPP!! I have not been able to feed my troops and so they have probably all died.. :neutral:

    PLeases Fix this problem ASAP

    C'mon GGE, the problem has to be in your coding, the latest shockwave flash is either getting it hung up or stuck in a loop when it goes through the motions of setting up, something there isn't liking it.

    Either fix it or move everything to HTML5 and get it right, but I can imagine the mess you lot would get into by switching platforms.

    Have not been able to log in from Australia since Friday the 10/2/17 - 19:45hrs.  Every time I click on the GGE link it comes up with a message on the brown noticeboard "oiling the chain mail".
    The problem still persists as at 12/02/2017 - 0849 hrs.
    Hope this can be fixed soon, my troops will starve - :(

    agree Sir Tainted am getting shockwave flash not plugging in , or flash wave not plugging in after sitting on oiling the chainmail for 20mins or so, So GGE suggest it may be because you have adds running behind the game which pop out when you don't need them to, greed is not good, you had a good game here and have lost a lot of players through greed and your about to lose a whole lot more, and become the laughing stock of the gaming world and an example on how not to run a game

    It's fairly obvious, was locked out through Chrome then went to IE, which I don't use often, worked fine till shockwave was updated, now can't get in, same with Opera and Firefox. Tried Maxthon but it used the same background engine as IE so that was cactus to start with.

    Looks like there's a reset coming through, throws you back to a login screen where you add your details.

    Just got in. used ccleaner to clean all cookies etc. manually entered game rather than using saved shortcut

    Have also tried logging in using puffin via mobile and it did not work.

    i have just managed to log on only to find i have gone  back to level 1. how do i get my level 70 back

    hai good day.. can try using cleaner ( http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ ) to clear cache hope it help.

    I had the same issue using opera browser in the Australia1 server as did many members of my alliance

    had to change over to comodo dragon browser works fine now

    i had the same problem  on the australia1 server had to use a different browser as opera wouldn't letme past the blue screen, then on second attempt got stuck on oiling chain mail, had to use a browser i rarely use  comodo  dragon,.

    got in , now drop out at random, to a white screen normally when I'm about to attack a sam and have to log back in, come on GGE I have lost 837 troops 4 mins before I got back into the game, and now you have a special that to get I have to spend rubies?, (hint) NO! not until you fix the problem you created, and yes still getting the adds , maybe that's it adds take precedence over your game

    try using comodo dragon it seems to work on that browser
