    I have now been trying to log on for 8 hours, in fact its probably more than that. I have tried all 'solutions' given by gge as well as others. I have tried 3 different browsers too. Are gge actually going to give us some answers as to when this issue is going to be sorted or just leave it all weekend with no solution and several unhappy customers. The 'compensation' you have offered is pointless if we still cant get on to use it.

    by the way when u login u get 700 horrors range and some mel horrors plsu some food so hurry up

    I finally got in by installing Firefox and deleting flash licence files

    In control panel. flash, delete all, make sure you tick "delete all audio and video licences"

    then go in firefox to the empire.good... link and do ctrl f5 as well for good measure

    I cant get my usual browser Chrome to work, but this will do for now.

    I also deleted all history/cache/cookies and uninstalled/reinstalled flash

    Im running Vista (lol)

    I was online during the times originally mentioned by @BM ang1243  . I logged on successfully around 4pm but after finding others had got a samurai booster and I hadn't I refreshed my browser to see if this would help. I then couldn't log in at all. I got on again briefly around 6pm but after logging off to eat dinner, I have since been unable to get back in, with the screen stopping at Oiling the...

    finally got in, had to do the online flash delete all sites and control panel flash delete all and delete all browser history and cookies

    But game is SLOW!

    am at war atm and my attack troops are due to come out of stationed protection.  I hope you are willing to give them all back to me if the other side decides to take advantage of the situation

    I believe GGE was hacked, and some malicious bug snicked in to the system. It attacks login page and probably has something to do with saving password in our browsers,  9h on no proper solution lucky one who manage to log in sticking to the screen  all night to come to make sure not log out by mistake it is pure hoax and good time to think it is worth to continue as RL is passing by unattended, any way .............. Bored waiting

    Well this is a bit of a cluster fuck all round really GGS, masses of people unable to log into the game from all around the world. This has to be one of your best yet.

    I might as well give up for this evening and just send screen shots of losses when you finally get your act together and I can actually log into the game. I do expect to get all my lost troops back with a little tickle of compensation added just to sweeten my generally pissed off mood towards this dismally failing game. 

    I feel sorry for the poor staff that work in support, this is none of their doing yet they will get the brunt of abuse. Well done again guys for taking ages to do, say or act on this matter.
    Proud member of the Wanderers on UK1 - and it really is my fault.
