A lot of the views from employees seem to be the same,
May I suggest a 'View Point' like program to be used by GoodGame Studios , Its an independent market research team which valuates employee feedback on your company.
No wonder we only have one CM now. The other must of been embarrassed to work for such a company.

That sums it up -
- Data ALWAYS beats opinion - there will always look at what makes them must money, not what people want.
- Lack of respect for the customer - that statement speaks for itself.
- Lack of processes - we've all experienced that from the long delays in decision making etc.
I'm not saying I don't enjoy the game, just that there are definitely some changes needed because things are not looking great for anyone at the moment.

I signed up to view and it seems the staff have a lot of the same issues we have!

Tomorrow is the day the fate of the game will be decided hopefully, with the 'meeting'. If it doesn't go well then it'll just be even more trouble for GGE. We would have had a better fight if we had other servers helping us, but I guess sometimes a single server can change entire games.

Dear GGE
Would it be too much to ask for a definitive statement of intent with regards to the current situation where players are awaiting the rewards for their efforts, time, and in many cases money spent buying rubies for the rewards not given during the Nomads event, and the effect this has had on completing ( in some cases ) the ice championship?
This is a simple question, which requires a simple answer - Please advise

Not too much to ask at all, don't worry. I'll get something out to you as soon as I have the concrete final information. I would've put something up by now, but I'd rather not say anything before it's all confirmed.
