  • how about non buyers as well because aren't we customers? we  play the game just don't pay for the premium items which is why they premium items it seems ang that as you a ruby buyer your trying to make sure your look after not the entire player-base.   
    Which part are you commenting on?
    non ruby players such as myself cant afford to buy rubies thats why i hit fortresses and if every playing on the servers didnt buy rubies gge would relialise this and maybe give us something in return

    May I suggest a 'View Point' like program to be used by GoodGame Studios , Its an independent market research team which valuates employee feedback on your company.

    No wonder we only have one CM now. The other must of been embarrassed to work for such a company.

    May I suggest a 'View Point' like program to be used by GoodGame Studios , Its an independent market research team which valuates employee feedback on your company.

  • GGE, nobody likes foreign lords, I can assure you a lot of people prefer nomad and samurai's. So looking at ang's point about lengthening them, you can shorten FL and let us have a longer time with other events, everyone's happier then. :smiley:

    That sums it up - 

    - Data ALWAYS beats opinion - there will always look at what makes them must money, not what people want.

    - Lack of respect for the customer - that statement speaks for itself.

    - Lack of processes - we've all experienced that from the long delays in decision making etc. 

    I'm not saying I don't enjoy the game, just that there are definitely some changes needed because things are not looking great for anyone at the moment.

    I've read through every post on all 15 pages to this point.

    I can't understand the reticence of GGS to accept failure and honour a contractual commitment. I'm an IT guy. A solution architect on a global scale. Roadmaps drive a product forward, I get that. However, at some point when failures occur that has to be put on hold and remediation happen.

    I really don't comprehend the arrogance here.

    To read that the only person to illicit a tangible response is the current number one spot player, is... enlightening? Horrifying?



    Yes I agree. And the fact is he is looking at quitting if they don't get this sorted. If they don't consider that a wake up call then they really do not have the business acumen that a pistachio nut has! 


    I like Pistachio nuts  - and if necessary will eat them in their shells  :)  All I can say is I am amazed at the "in game support" given by my fellow players from so many alliances - we  put down our weapons and talked - We will with a determined effort fight this injustice as one. Your alliance leaders will have details - And as long as we stand together I will stay and help fight for the just deserves of all players who suffered losses to their games - even if I do it in Pro mode - the game is great fun ruby free - I forgot just how great the game is without rubies! fight on good people!

    The only active CM and probably the only employed one is Steve.  There is another german server one who I think seemed better than Steve (no offence if your reading this) so could be him.

    Tomorrow is the day the fate of the game will be decided hopefully, with the 'meeting'.  If it doesn't go well then it'll just be even more trouble for GGE.  We would have had a better fight if we had other servers helping us, but I guess sometimes a single server can change entire games.

    After reading that little lot from GGS staff my expectations that the current situation will be resolved are even lower

    Company sounds like a car heading for a brick wall while management is touching up its lipstick in the vanity mirror...

    This is a simple question, which requires a simple answer - Please advise

    Hey Mike,

    Not too much to ask at all, don't worry. I'll get something out to you as soon as I have the concrete final information. I would've put something up by now, but I'd rather not say anything before it's all confirmed.
