You only get this if you didn't buy rubies for quite some time. I just wonder why... best is not to buy at all until you get that offer. I've seen offers of 460 euro's and even one of 575 euro's being offered to non-buying players.

Non buyers are offered such a lucrative deal to entice them into buying rubies. If they are not interested in the normal deals and never buy rubies. Then it is only logical to offer a deal that some would see as too good to pass up. It does not cost GGE anything to offer such a deal, and in fact may entice someone who would never buy into spending a small amount of money.
