new players and villages

Since quite some time I play this game and I have a suggestion about the villages, often a fairly sensitive issue in the relationship between the players themselves. Now very often the villages remain at te same players, often players who are already very very longtime in the game.
For new players and players who have a less high level there is little chance to get villages. In the framework of the basic justice it seems to me that there should be some more equality in the number of villages that the players can possess. This would create a better balance between the players and, as a result, the dynamics of the game, which can only benefit the game. Indeed players can now attract new players through the friends link. But that new players must also get equally good chances that is to say, for example, to obtain the ability to get villages  Constantly new players and young players attracting is important for the game. A solution could be to the limit of the number of villages to limit per player, then there are a lot of free villages and are the "old" players relatively less powerful in relation to the new players. Sigh.. this again? Use the search function because this suggestion comes up every other week. There is already a limit to rvs per player per kingdom.
  • Another RV complaint thread.......

    USE THE SEARCH ENGINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • there IS a limit of RVs already.

in ice, you can have up to 5 of each RV, a total of 15 max.

in sands and fire, you get 10 of each, 30 max.

yes its a high number, but the game is called EMPIRE, not kumbaya. this is not an equality game, its about POWER, getting stronger.

every time people make this complaint, they say its not fair. wait a second.. someone has played longer... they have more experience... more strength... and its not fair that they own more?

any new player who WANTS to learn and has ANY potential always has the ability to get RVs. people just say because the most obvious ways dont work that well, they can never get RVs. those who actually WORK for them and attempt to get them through various means, rather then just doing the same old thing every day, ALWAYS get RVs

and for the new players.... search on the edge of the map for new rv's, they pop up when new players go to another world, that way you will be able to obtain free villages instead of stealing them

I am pretty sure your Soul4Life2 quote says the same thing you are trying to convey to us in broken English. Is this a new forum game?

if u play server us1 u don't want to steal and u can steal also

  • It's indeed difficult for me to argue in English. My native language is Dutch and I do have a very good knowledge of French, the country not so far from Belgium. But my English is rather bad. So it's difficult to nuance. In the dutch server conquering villages is not really accepted. Attacking castles is accepted, but not conquering villages. Because it's seen as steeling. Maybe it's different for other servers, I don't know. thank you for replying.

  • yes, this again. and it will keep comeing up.new players cannot get remote vills. only way i see to get them is to use shadow attack then cap it before anyone. system is not makeing new rv,s. if i knew that i would never have started castle there.

The system is making new rvs. It sounds like you don't know how to track new rv spawns, so blaming the game for your lack of understanding doesn't seem like a valid argument. Also, I don't see how a shadow attack will really help you capture rvs. Shadow attacks are terribly slow, in my opinion. The idea to capturing rvs is to be fast.

Snake, as far as I'm aware using shadow mercs will, if  the attack wins, cause the RV to go native meaning the owner has no idea who attacked and took it from them.   The attacker who used the shadow mercs then has knowledge of a "new"  RV and a "valid" argument the the RV was "unoccupied" when they took it.

Seems very underhanded  to me but some people will stoop to any lengths to get RVs , from  declaring war to burning  owners out to shadow attacks.

Yes, I am aware of that tactic. I have used it and have had it done to me. Most players will just target the player that retrieves it. I was a little unclear of what he was saying but now it makes more sense. Anyways, just learn how to locate new spawns and use speed to get to them or go get then from other players and be prepared to fight with them.

In the persons defense, its more of an inequality between non buyers getting rv's and buyers getting rv's.

    Nothing to do with experience...

    lots to do with experience.

EVERY non ruby buyer who had ANY skill or ANY knowledge whatsoever in this game, and decided to actually USE IT rather then cry on the forums asking for the game to give them handouts, EVERY time i saw someone with that skill... they had RVs

side A has people with no clue what they are doing, its probably a group of people age 15 or lower, and a few morons.

side B has people who want to learn, grow, get stronger and better, can be anyone with half a brain.

side A cant get RVs, hardly ever tries, does the bare minimum of "looking" and "trying" to get RVs, but fails

side B uses their knowledge and experience to gain allies, gain power, get help getting RVs, get RVs themselves, use past knowledge from entering other kingdoms to prep to enter the next.

which group do you think will have RVs? the people who hardly try, hardly play the game, are not often on, or the people who learned from their experience and got stronger and prepared to get new RVs? ruby buyers have an advantage yes, but they are not unbeatable when it comes to getting RVs.

    **** you.

    1). I use to play on USA1 a while back. Was 13. A few weeks before I retired, I had 15 Ice RV's, and 10-something sand RV's, and 7-9 fire RV's. 9Can't remember the exact number)

I was in one of Neph's bigger subs, an alliance full of ruby buyers, the only reason I was able to hold RV's.

But for the average Joe who's active, but is part of an alliance unnafiliated with a large family, well, if a ruby buyer from a affiliated alliance coems along and steals his RV's hes out of luck.

    My point is this:

Affiliation and ruby's will ALWAYS trump experience.

I'm not sure what level you are, your status as buyer/non buyer, or your affiliation, or experience.

But you don't know what your saying.

  • so your saying the only reason you were able to hold RVs was because even though you sucked, you had strong allies.

thats proving my point. i said people who used  their brains and got allies to help them get RVs were smart and didnt need to buy lots of rubies. just because YOUR experience was that you were a terrible player and had enough strong friends to help you out, does NOT mean that no one in a small group will be able to get RVs.

like i said before, i see non ruby buyers get RVs or power all the time because they are SMART and SKILLED and WORK for it. i have even seen ruby whales get their *** kicked in fights from non ruby buyers, cause they relied so heavy on rubies, while the other people got smart and learned how to fight properly.

yes rubies and strong allies can give a huge advantage, but its not unbeatable.

people like you just see rubies or large families and start giving up right away. thats how they stay on top, cause no one thinks that rubies or large groups can be beat
  • What is the search function for finding villages.
  • What is the search function for finding villages.
not really a search function.. just look around the outside edges of where players spawn in, thats where the new villages are.

also you can fight weaker alliances that own them and take theirs

steal them off people in ruins (do that late at night so its less likely that people see you do it)

    ask alliance mates to help

    JUST TAKE ANYONES HAHAHAHA

for real though, you can just steal one around you, most people dont keep any defense in them. just prep for when they want to go to war to get it back

    *Facepalm*

But not everyone can get into Neph.

You can't beat a large affiliate with nigh-unlimited rubies.

    You' don't get it.

What I'm saying is that though a non buyer without strong allies might get RV's, they can be taken by a ruby buyer/ person with affiliations with ease/

  • every rv i have i looked round the edges of the map for them. if you want one you have to look for them thats the way it is. i am now looking for empty ones in sands no luck yet but im sure i will find one lol
