Ruby shop issue figured out but not solved.

I posted a week and a half ago that I cannot enter the ruby shop/cant buy rubies. I also wrote support about this issue. 6 days later support finally replied that there is no issue with the ruby shop. There IS still an issue with the ruby shop but I discovered that the issue is... that I cannot buy rubies from my phone through the puffin application. I can buy rubies if I login via a pc though. I have noticed several threadS on this issue and perhaps this is the answer for the other thread posters. Im not sure if this is a gge issue or a puffin issue but I hope gge can check into this.

    I bet that this is an issue with the puffin application. I doubt that it would be an isolated issue with your attempt.

    Thanks, I read this and tried another computer wotha differet browser and ot worked. so like you said this resolves the unresolved problem.

    Hey Emperor Dolce,

    Could you confirm for me that you're not using Internet Explorer? We seem to only be experiencing issues with this browser in particular.

    Im having trouble entering ruby shop via puffin browser. Everyone ive talked to is having same issue. I can enter via chrome on my pc but that is a pain because I normally only play on my phone/puffin.
