Cannot buy rubies

Hey there ggs, I sure would like to buy some rubies. Keep trying but cannot enter ruby shop. This is effecting my india server acct. Please check this a:rolleyes::love:sap.

    GGE.. Your a multimillion dollar company.. Does no one work on weekends? I know you want my money, I keep getting offers yet I still cannot open the ruby shop. Im spending all my gold to move tools from other worlds, I missed out on the new equipment offer and im falling behind on nomads. PLEASE FIX THIS! I contacted support days ago.

    No, they don't work on weekends but if it involves not being able to buy rubies they will fix that first when they are back. By your start date, you should be used to terrible support.

    When I want to buy rubies I get sent to a page (Please reload the shop from inside the game.) No matter where I go to buy rubies I get sent to that page. I have +100% Loyalty bonus Exclusive to Rush6 with a coin special that I cannot use for the game. So I lost out on the things that I like because there is a glitch in the game thanks for nothing : )
