Really GGE...come on. Our alliance level dropped 6 places right after your little maintenance session.
Do you all not realize that you keep adding more and more of these darn Ruby bonus buys and you seem to keep having more and more issues with losing data of some sort. Now i may not be a programmer but i can see the correlation between adding things and having more problems afterwards....So maybe get all the glitches fixed before running anything new.....?(

    our alliance dropped from level 50 to level 40....

    Our alliance dropped from level 17 to 14, we worked hard to achieve these please fix this and give them back.

    After the update we are not able to load on the game at all. Do we need to change any setting in computer so we can log on their are alot of my friends having this same problem. It goes to loggin screen than it never loads up it just states Sharping the swords an that it we try to refreash an it goes to the same thing

    ALready posted this, but since this is a bigger threat, TBD went from alliance 20 to alliance lvl 17. Mathematically impossible.

    Based on the chat on Kongregate.com, it seems that those users, myself included, are unable to load the game. I keep having the same problem as one above. The swords are perpetually being sharpened. How much sharper can they get?! But really, I'm not sure who's end the problem is on (GGE or Kong), but it's been this way all day. Please help.

    As far as the loading issue, try clearing your browser cache. It is always good to clear it after an update.

    As far as the leveling issue. My alliance, not being very big (only 5 members, soon to be 6) has dropped from a level 5 to 4. I know it doesn't sound like much, but we lost nearly 30K alliance glory in one fell swoop.

    Noticed that to, we dropped 3 levels... feel bad for the big alliances, that sounds pretty bad. :S

    Then again half of them are in a server war, so they'll probs have their glory back in a week or something.

    i had 7 robber barren castles at lvl 32 now they all have changed down to way lower lvls---what the heck is going on i am working on the quest book and now i have to start over again and will not get the things i got the first time i went through them--this is not right and a scam to make people buy more soldiers to repeat this over again---you need to put my robber barren castles back to the lvls i had them at asap--you here me fix this now---asap

    My alliance dropped from lvl 49 less than 100k or so glory from lvl 50 to 36 on the verge of hitting 35... 13 almost 14 alliance glory lvls lost. Roughly 9-10 MILLION glory points

    GGE, really? My alliance and MANY MANY MANY others spent lots of money on rubies to make big glory hits etc, now you expect us to just suck it up and do it over again?

    That would be like dropping everyone's OPs and telling them to restart..tough luck..yea I am gone when that happens...

    Seems like all data is of an earlier state.
    Everyone's progress is of the incorrect time.
    Hope GGS made a recent backup for you guys and plan to recover that to the new server.

    Since you guys are on the same server (just with a different site provider), it shouldn't be an isolated issue. Could you please contact our Support Team about this?
