Supercomm and cast pieces

I don't know if anyone else noticed today, but the order in which you receive the the super comm and cast pieces seemed to reset themselves.

I need the 4th piece of the supercomm but today was offered the first piece again which means purchasing that would then mean i get offered the second piece again etc etc, i spoke to support but mid conversation in trying to sort this problem out they seemed to have packed up and gone home for the night (not very good customer service) lol.

So guys be very careful about purchasing any pieces till this has been sorted

    I noticed this, got first supercast piece again...

    Also got offered supercomm weapon for cheaper than the first one was, so I see no problem with that...

    I wonder if people can buy a 4th super with this bug...?

    you mean people are buying these super expensive comms and casts again and again? :O

    yeh problem is if you had 3 pieces and not the 4th it is a problem coz now your bieng offered piece 1 again without completing your first comm or cast and ofc i dont have last piece of comm or last piece of cast and im now bieng offered the first pieces again

    Well I know some people who complained about the limit of supers you can buy...

    Yeah that's a b*tch, I haven't completed cast and getting offered piece #1 again

    exactly my point dude, for anyone who hasnt completed a set its now reset itself so if you had 3 pieces you aint guna get offered piece 4 coz your getting offered piece 1 again lol, and half way through bringing this to there attention they have packed up and gone home

    Yeah, I noticed. And I am working on getting the third piece for each. Not good, especially since each set is comprised of one "unique" piece after another. I'm not sure if these offers are less rubies or not. The thing is that it seems like another "bait and switch" were we come to expect the next piece and start from piece number one all over again. Buyer beware!

    Yeh there has been something like a 10% decrease in all the pieces but like i say its no good if you have pieces already coz its literally starting you again. I do however believe its a glitch and not a scam, its just annoying that half way through sorting it out they have gone home and left it unsorted which is bad customer service

    second piece 16% lower

    looks like I'm gonna get another one... I thought they went up if you already had

    I think that once you buy the commander you can buy another anyway.

    They are supposed to cost more. And I think there is a limit of 3, something which matters to some players...

    GGE has been throwing in a lot of random discounts on those special offers lately. I know of 2 players with 4 super commanders.

    yeh it does go up, if you had a full set and no other pieces then this is a good glitch to catch onto i guess, but i reckon you will have to be quick cashing in

    That is my case. Do you know if people who already have the maximum number of supers (SW for example wanted another) are getting them?

    they havnt been greatly helpful tbh considering the money spent but have now assured me they hae esculated my issue with the bug team who are now looking into it and ask me to be patient

    Don't know about limits because I don't have sc, but in our server there is guy who got supercastellan almost in every castle and many supercommanders... but some of them are those what you can get through wheel of fortune. Just had war with his alliance and... It is quite hard to catch one side from attack which got sc, flank gems and 5th wave... with selfbuilt castellan. But I succeed in it once when I tried to defend him :-)

    Has anyone heard any more about this issue? I just got my fourth offer for the Leveler. I don't need the Leveler, I need either the Breastplate or Helmet of the Executioner, or the Sundial of the Just. This is getting so frustrating because I spent almost 3 months saving every ruby I could just so I could get the next piece I needed, not be offered extra pieces that I already had. An update from the CMs would be nice as to the progress of the anti-bug team. Thanks.

    Nope. Keep getting offered first supercast piece. Bought the leveller since this bug as I needed it anyway. Not been offered seconds piece of either set.
