And in the experiments of the Wizards of GGE they tinkered and tinkered, and then they were the blight and plague across the land as many castle accounts were left desolate, barren and lifeless, ghosts of what once was, and others still picking across the wasteland opf the Empire, and the most wealthy played on, their ballrooms filled, as they feasted and denied the situation, but what they muttered in hushed tones was how there were less people in the Empire than there was before the wizards released their many plagues of updates.

The wizards then suggested a way to have those left gain more hapless victims into this stricken land, of which was much withering and decay as things lay dying in the streets of citadels collapsed, and fields UN-furrowed.

And thus were days all darker and clouded as the end drew ever nearer.

Once I see hits coming in from this set, it'll show me that it's past the time to quit.

I am watching GGE going down the drain... Hopefully they can pull this back together (WHAT AM I THINKING?!) I am a measly level 22 and I am seeing why this game is going CRAZY! I remember I was level 26 a year ago and this is was an enjoyable game, but I forgot to check in and my account blew away!
(SOME ONE TELL ME! WILL GGE SURVIVE?! OR PERISH??)

In the Kings Market, you'll now find an option to invite your friends to the game!

If your friends reach a certain experience level in game (for example, 10), you'll receive great rewards!

Joining the game cost me in so many ways, from losing sleep, to fretting over battle reports, to ignoring homework and my social life in favor of grinding out more troops because my feast was on. To realize at the end of the day that the entire thing is just a money trap, and that the only thing remotely enjoyable about my time here was meeting new people, which I could have just done by joining some random forum on the internet, was truly sickening. And now you want me to spread this plague to the only friends I have left.

And i'm sure that many people will actually do this. They'll get their real life friends to join, and push and nag them to grind out the levels until they too are as invested with their time and emotions in this death hole as they are. Damn it GGS, we just had a thread open today about how real life and the game should be kept separate in jokes and discussions, and yet here you are, trying to get one to absorb the other, and you're using us to do it. So f*ck you GGS, go to hell and take your wretched game with you!

PS Well, you'll probably get a more toned down response from me later in the week. But to be quite honest, I think I've said just about everything I have to say, about this update and the game. Props to you for publishing the stats of the equipment upfront, although I'm sure there's a reason for that.

3 pages of comments, none says they will invite a single person, see, GGE, see how you have screwed this game. from the time you have came up this idea, i can see soon enough, this game will die out just like many others. GOD BLESS YOU GGE

Hey guys,

I thought I'd pop in and address the issue of multi-accounting with this update that seems to be concerning you guys.

Multi-accounts are present, of course, but if they're sent to our Support Team (preferably with evidence), they'll be able to investigate it thoroughly and should take any necessary action against these players.

Regarding the update, since the rewards require accounts to be levelled up to pretty high levels (multiple times for that matter), it should deter people from the creation of multiple accounts. Also, there are no rubies involved in the prizes, so this shouldn't be a major issue.

The problem js nobody wants to invite people to aa game where you have to pay or have no chance now. The few lol levels that there is don't even want to level up as they know it is absolutely pointless due to the never ending updates that contain money spending. This one is an exception and before this thread even came I was never going to invite anyone here.

You have advertising schemes and obviously they ate failing. They are only failing because of the updates you release. The ones that see the advery join, enter the forum and see all the negative feedback and decide not to continue.

Outside organisations have even commented on the negative feedback we give....but what gets done? Alsolutely f*ck all.

The only this this update promotes is broken friendships when they find out what they have been invited to, anyone who invites friends tell them to get a credit card.

I know it iritates a lot of players, that I am so positive about changes, so I will try to say a bit negative too, but not about thi game Empire:

Years ago I had a lot of idiotic, rotten, no good friends. I have startet to get new and better friends,who are more polite and not so damn rude to me, so with this new update, I will need even more of them.

I almost cant wait to get them, even if it tkakes a bit more time away from Thi game, Empire.

Let`s all have fun with getting more new friends

Gge has ruined this game!!! Ruby whales are killer, i once attacked one and he had 400 soldiers and most of them were sentinels and scouts!!! How do u expect us non ruby players to actually survive for more than 25 levels?? Think about what you have done, gge, and how you can fix it, because you might be losing another player soon!!! And look at the bakery inflation update!!! It is horrible, and ruby whales can kill any non ruby players. Do something!!!!!!!!! Or else im leaving!

This is actually funny to me. Maybe you should buy some rubies, get some rubies from robber barons, or learn to play the game. Rubies are needed.

Do you go to a restaurant and sit there and only get a free water? When you look around and you see other people with a soda and food, do you get IMMEDIATELY UPSET? I MUST TALK TO THE MANAGER!!!??!!! IT IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT I CANT DRINK SODA AND EAT FOR FREE!!?!!?? Fix it now or I am leaving the restaurant!!!

Most people got that 2nd account from a player who quit the game after investing money into bakeries and so on. Nobody in their right mind is going to create a 2nd account from level 1 and level it until 70 and fill it full of rubies. They would be smarter to put that effort into the first account.

I think this 'new player' option can be a good thing for the game if it brings in fresh players. This game needs it for sure. GGS should just start new players at level 51 or make the progression from 1-51 be nearly that quick. Nobody wants to spend months stuck in the early levels since it's boring.

I would prefer to have more level 70 players to play with instead of watching all the little new accounts grow and hope 1 out of a 100 will reach level 70.

This update shows that with more people leaving in anger from Empire due to all reasons pointed out, that GGS is in a panic, but as they only want to get more spenders, they want to use players as recruiting agents, and the new equipment is their shiny things to dangle out and see who is willing to be a cheap recruiting slave.

GGS turned itself from a nice thing into a candle in the wind.

Nah, I think some are also looking at that idea that the restaurant is charging 5dollars for the soda and 100dollars for the meal, the water is not free, but is a buck for it.

Yeah, go eat at a Ruth Chris and tell them the prices are too high. Or just find another place to eat. It is no different here. They didn't hold a gun to your head to make you buy the soda.

you'd be surprised how much time multi-accounters have, I met one who was capping camps in beri and freeing them with his other account on the other side...

I sent a message with screenshots of PMs from both accounts confirming what he was doing but no action was taken.

Well its not quite a super but its not far behind that's for sure, main diff is late detect and speed. so its almost as strong but a little less stealthy than the super comm.

but certainly the 2nd best comm in the game. But there is not a chance I will ever see this comm. I couldnt call myself a friend if i reccomended this game, unless of course all my friends had £2,000 a month to spend on a game, then i would happily say its a great game, but my only friends with that kind of disposable income are too busy spending it on s*x Dru*s and rock and roll

LOL!!!! just LOL!!!! at this whole "update". this isn't an update; its ggs signing on paper that they are losing players more quickly than they can replace them so now they want US to do the recruiting for them. you do realize that we the players are at fault for your drop in new players and revenue but only because YOU made the game unplayable for your biggest player base; the free players. please watch the following link to know how (i think) we feel at current.
