Monuments

A: attack/capture monuments from outposts.
B: use alliance resources to upgrade the monument.
C: take away the power from the level 70's they have enough, you are just helping them kill us even more give us more upgrades/help.

B. Not sure. I can see the rationale but would it not be a tad unfair on those alliances who do not have maxed out bonuses and are saving to upgrade? Whereas alliances who've been maxed out for a while have plenty to spare.
C. It we introduced your suggestion (B), then you'd made this even worse!
D. Why not? I like this idea. (EDIT: Perhaps not for monuments. There's too many to list in one place without looking ugly)
Not only that, being a level 70 is not an automatic indicator that a player is all-powerful. The players that fall into that category are the ruby whales who are below a level 50 and can still manage to overwhelm a level 70s defenses. If you are going to take away our power as level 70s, then take the power of the rubies away first.
2.if you used alliance resources to upgrade a monument unless your alliance was a nooby one then everyone would have a lvl 5 monument
3. lvl 70's worked for what they have and monuments dont give power they actually somewhat make you lose power having to send defense to those monuments
4.thats stupid and unnecessary
