Millwall is spot on here. In order to prevent auto clickers, we have measures that will temporarily suspend players for repeated fast actions such as collecting taxes.
Apologies for the inconvenience, but it's a system in place for the general prevention of exploits.

Quick question Steve, couldn't you implement a system where you have to enter a randomly generated code, like when creating an email address, so bots etc cannot re - enter the game. I have been suspended for 10 mins when I had an incoming 12 minutes away, luckily I had pre-set the defenses but imagine if I hadn't.
Do you randomly suspend players for 10 minutes as well when the load gets too big for the server? I remember one time there was a mass attack going on between the larger alliances, and lag was terrible, but my friends and I kept getting kicked off for 10 minutes.

No, it wasn't that. If that doesn't happen though, it must have been some sort of glitch. I was kicked at least twice, not re how many times everyone else was kicked.

Hmm, Isn't that kinda "dangerous" considering that there are parts of the game where you can not enter in a number from the key pad and you have the click the + or - buttons a bunch of times to get to the desired numbers you want? For example, if you want to make a purchase of ruby tools while setting up an attack. You can't enter an exact number, so you have to keep clicking the + button a bunch of times to get all the tools you need for the attack. Or is this only for specific parts of the game where players are more apt to click once if they are paying attention where as a bot wouldn't know when time has expired on something?

Or move the tick into random places then. Anything to stop us being kicked for being innocent and being active collecting coins lol. Would be nice - thanks Steve.
