But it is very painful to say that Asylum got their alliance back within one day and ours is still pending,its about a month and we are far away from our alliance
GG support is in very bad condition.Me and my alliance fellowa spent too much rubies for alliance upgradation but now GG is not helping us just saying that we can't do anything.:S:S:S

Regarding account security, this is in your hands, and when players are 'hacked' it usually stems down to password sharing or having very simple passwords, which is why our team may not be able to assist you.

you can ask me any questions you like to ask about alliance and you can even see in records that Raven27 was leader and its my acc and if any more confusion,you can also talk with my former deputies,war marshal,i can tell you their names also.
I tell you the whole story that how we lost alliance.
I was leader(Raven27) and at one morning i made my deputy as a leader because i was inactive and then a disaster happened,his acc was then hacked and as he was leader,we lost alliance and if you are thinking that he gave his pass to anyone then you are wrong because he never gives his pass to anyone.He is my cousin still he don't gives me the pass,so how could he give to anyone else.
His acc is now back to him,GG asked some questions about personal data about acc and he answered and got back his acc but the alliance is still pending.When they have given back alliance to Asylum(it was also hacked and it was hacked my the same hacker) then why they can't give to us what is ours
he had also lost his alliance like me
but as his alliance is full of ruby buyers so GG support gave his alliance back to him with in a day whereas in my alliance there were majority common players and less were ruby buyers so they didn't gave us our alliance back and its still pending.
Is this justice????

Well, it depends on the case really. If they are known to be password sharers (which for me is just as bad as hacking) which means that another player can access another players account should they leave, it means that they can keep a fully maxed out level 70 main and other castles/OPs and rvs in relatively good nick and then wait until someone comes along and proposes it to them. Another way of looking at it is this, there may have been a history of password sharing where multiple players have stored multiple passwords, then a few months or years later, there is a falling out of some kind which means the disgruntled player will deliberately go onto each account and change the password. So, hackers or a disgruntled ex-member?

When your account is 'hacked' by willingly sharing your pass with dishonest players, I am not sure what you expect?

i thought that its my cousin but after some hours i got to know that my cousin has gone for EID shopping then i realized that the person who asked
me for pass is some hacker but that was too late,when i opened game,there was no alliance with that name and all our players were with no alliance,all were without alliance
